I was surprised that they actually expanded the store and half of the store is catered for plus size clothing, which is great! A lot of clothing stores don't offer plus size and they are really missing out on that market! They also added fitting rooms which is so awesome! I am not much of a color or crazy pattern kind of girl. I like solid colored shirts with a nice shape to them. When I need just a basic long sleeve shirt, this place is a great spot for it! Their long sleeves are around 5 bucks which is fair. They last pretty long and I wash the two I bought from here pretty often. This place doesn't offer anything special! They are just really convenient to shop at. It is a bit annoying when there is a line and two registers but the owner doesn't help by double ringing. She stands and watches, which is fair since the area they are located at isn't the most noble place. Its her business, so I suppose she will run it however she sees fit. I've been to the Lakewood location before years ago, but never purchased anything. Then I stumbled across this location and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did. If you are in your late teens and twenties this store is definitely for you. It has tons of cute club dresses and outfits that are pretty easy on your wallet. Lots of cute maxi dresses, etc. for the summer jazz festivals etc. It is also worth noting that a lot of the looks I've seen on Instagram are here and for less money. What makes this place suck is the customer service. They follow you around, and when they finally offer you help the offer is so insincere that you would feel bad if you asked a question. This place has a one person at a time dressing room policy. Which is fine...if it was posted. My friend had tried on a dress and showed me. It looked nice I just went in there to try it on. As soon as I get it on one of the workers starts knocking like the police. She screams only "one person at a time!" She could have said: "excuse me but our policy is only one person at a time." No need for the po po knock, a slight tap would have been fine. I put that dress back and left. And off to Forever I went.

Outfitting some church ladies in some wonderful ensembles! Some of the outfits this year were just jaw dropping! I'm heading over to take a look after meeting with Atzaira after the luncheon. She was so funny introducing the models describing what they are wearing and encouraging our ladies to have fun and enjoy their appearance and how beautiful they look! I asked a lot of questions about the different styles, sizes, and which pair looked best on me, and she took the time to carefully answer every one of them. Even while handling other responsibilities, Stephanie stopped what she was doing, opened the display cases, and made sure I was able to compare different options so I could make the best choice. Her customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated her kindness, patience, and attention to detail. She made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Today I went to Nordstrom Rack and was very pleased with the service until I went to use the…read morebathroom. The bathroom was filthy. I walked out the door and ran into a sales person who graciously went in and cleaned a stall for me to use. When I checked out the cashier had been in the bathroom at the same time I was and did not make an attempt to clean or report the status of the bathroom. One stall had a toilet full of feces, toilet paper and seat covers in the toilet and on the floor. The other stall had urine, toilet paper and seat covers in, on the toilet and floor. The third stall is where the cashier used the restroom. Customers should be more respectful of the space. However, Nordstrom's staff should report issues for customers.
