I was on the hunt for new running shoes and decided to visit the outlet mall in Grand Prairie. When…read moreI arrived, I noticed the Nike store--but the Reebok store was even closer, so I headed in, and I'm so glad I did. The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and immediately welcoming. As soon as I walked in, Mr. Mike greeted me warmly and offered assistance, then personally guided me to the men's running shoe section. I found a fantastic selection of discounted running shoes and ended up purchasing two pairs. When I needed help finding the perfect fit, both Ms. Bailey and Mr. Mike went above and beyond--taking the time to help me choose the best shoes for my feet at an incredible price of $39.99 each. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to help made the entire experience outstanding. It's clear Ms. Bailey leads by example, as the store's cleanliness, organization, and excellent customer service truly stand out. I will absolutely be back and look forward to visiting again soon! I hope to see you there.

I won't bore you with a list of store names (just go to their website) but it's a comprehensive shopping experience from designer to everyday brands. Shoes, clothes, jewelry, accessories, kids stores/toys. There isn't any restaurant experience here, but they do have a few classic "mall food" snacks, like Auntie Anne's pretzels and Great American Cookies, plus a candy store, coffee, and tea. Personally I like to come here when it's cold outside, or at least cool weather. There's really not much shaded parking, plus it's just too hot to walk outside from store to store in the summer heat.

I only treat myself to a visit when I know I have plenty of time to browse and ponder. I'm no expert in designers or brand names, I just know what I like and think looks cool hahah, and to me this shop appears to be really thoughtfully put together. It's stocked with a constantly revolving selection of clothes and shoes for all ages, with pretty inclusive sizing and fun seasonal stuff and tons of accessories. I found a beautiful gold ring and an oversized men's dressy sweater that I had to have.. trying to will cooler weather into existence. We did end up finding a Nike golf glove for $6 and a 4-pack of bras for $10. Pretty good deals Girl at the register was friendly. Whenever I'm looking to find good stuff for a good deal, I always walk away with items every visit. Of course, I am not expecting Ross to be always organized with top tier service. But as of May 2026, the bare minimum quality of service has drastically declined. Upon walking in, shoes were all over the floor, forming mountains of disorganized dump. Size stickers (like a size 9) on the wrong shoes (size 11). As I browsed through different aisles, clothes were misplaced everywhere, on floors, dangling on hangers and different sections. These are the results of a very understaffed team. But the worst part has yet to come- while I was able to find 2 items worthy of checkout, my future visits will depend entirely on how long the line gets per cashiers. I waited nearly 30 minutes in line after one of the two cashiers had to step out. Then the one cashier was having some issues with the register, so for a few minutes nothing was moving. I know their current team is doing their best, but Ross' upper management needs to realize it's unacceptable that people waited this long to the point the line reached the beauty section! The fabrics seem to be nice quality, but style is just not there for me. Every time I browse in here, I never find anything to my taste that I can wear. Not that I would spend hundreds of dollars on one or two items. What a waste of money! (Think of all the food you could be eating!) In my opinion, it's better to have decent quality for clothes with quantity for every day wear and invest on formal dresses or a few brand purses and some high end makeup. Especially since I get bored easily and I only wear the same clothes two or three times a month, so it's better for me to get cheaper items and stuff my closet with cute outfits. I also don't spend a lot on shoes or heels. Girls need a whole new wardrobe for fancy events each time. Don't ask me why, but we do, so there's no point in overspending where you don't need to. The Loft seems like a good type of place for older rich females who wear simple classy clothing. There are matching two piece sets here too, not just dresses and blouses, and there are bags and jewelry but meh. I'm still young, so I'd rather wear extravagant modern clothes that will turn heads at formals and parties. Gotta find something suitable for my age, ya know? :)
