They had a promotion for $2 each sale item, and buy 3 get the 4th item free for the entire store. Most items are in pristine condition, you still have to dig around and hunt for gems. Also, they buy items from you and give a pretty good price from what I hear. I was talking to someone who came to sell. I really love this place and stop by when I have free time. It's fun because the inventory always changes and it feels like you have to go frequently so you get the best selection on new items.

There was a long line and nobody on the floor except the one cashier, so I started walking towards the dressing rooms in the back. I was halfway through the hallway and I hear a loud yelling from the cashier... "Ma'am! MA'AM!!!" I'm thinking-oh god what is going on out there- so I turn around to check it out and the cashiers staring at me and says rudely "I have to open it for YOU." I was so shocked that she would cause a scene just because I didn't know the dressing rooms were locked that I barely mouthed the word "OK" before she turns to the line of customers waiting to be checked out and says "Bear with me people..." I'm just appalled at the customer service of this particular cashier. It was understandable that I had to wait for it to be unlocked but I barely made it down the hallway before I was yelled at.
