Ultimately, I was told that I was welcomed to stay with my child for the exam portion but I'd need to leave for the x-rays (okay, no problem) as well as the following and more invasive cleaning portion. Being they are listed as a pediatric dentist, I'm pretty surprised this isn't already a no-brainer policy - minors should definitely be accompanied by their parents at all times... for everyone's sake and liability. I enjoyed my own experience as a customer there but expecting to be left alone with juvenile children, in a highly angsty situation, is a non-starter.

I told them I don't believe in root canals with all the info out there on them and my previous dentist (who moved states) also didn't agree with doing them and they literally laughed at me. said the dentist must have wanted to go a more expensive route... I left there after 2 hours, yes, just for a cleaning, with a treatment plan of $3900!! that's with insurance. I couldn't believe it. I went and got a 2nd opinion from a dentist who didn't take my insurance and walked away with a successful filling (no root canal needed) and only $110. ** Be aware of what they say needs to be done! Might be to pay for all their unnecessary technology equipment **

I am indifferent to the new doctor who spends very expensive mere minutes with you - like every other dentist in existence. Procedures are exorbitantly priced and seem like overkill to justify a 'digital' system. I asked for a quote before my experience - it was less than half the actual price. But wait, theres more! Payment is expected in full - and there are no options for a payment plan. You can buy one of their personal Payment Advantage Plans to make up the difference. I have been seeing a dentist at this location for over 40 years, and the third time (third dentist change) is a charm as I will not be coming back. I cant afford to. Let's just call this what it is, jacked up, corporate sponsored highway robbery.

My family and I were long-time patients who came in for regular checkups and additional visits, yet multiple small cavities were completely missed. Those same cavities have now progressed into large, invasive procedures that could have been avoided with proper care and attention. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. We have called repeatedly to ask how these issues were missed while we were actively being seen, and no one will return our calls or provide an explanation. This is, without question, the worst dental experience I've ever had. Between missed diagnoses, poor communication, and unprofessional management, I would strongly caution others to avoid this practice and look elsewhere for competent, reliable dental care.

I went in and sat in an also full waiting room. Just there a couple of minutes when one of the staff started calling names to confirm who was there. Right after they started calling people back to their appointments. I was the last one to arrive but I got called back as well. Hayley was my Hygienist and she led me to one of the rooms to get going. She asked a few questions and made notes in my chart, she was super friendly and we got to know each other a little as my appointment went on. Since it was my first official visit and cleaning, I needed a full round of x-rays, something I dread at the dentist office. It was pain free and quick so amazing! The whole process was easy and pleasant. The office is super nice and all of the staff are so personable. When Dr. Welker came in and reviewed everything with me, he took his time, didn't seem rushed, and answered all my questions. When I was done, I got a review of the plan of action for my issues with a cost break down and all information printed for me to take with me.
