But I won't to Thank this MAN or person who decided today i will Lose the company or his company business bc it's the right thing to do. I thank him for making me understand that everyone doesn't deserve your money or business. Toodles!

After sales process and signed contracts everything seemed unprofessional and disorganized. I…read moredon't see how this is a professional business focused on sheds. The sales process was easy and Joe was very nice and understanding. We scoped out the project in April and let him know that we wanted to get everything on the property in order and would reach back out once we were ready to order. He kept us informed of promotions, but was not overly pushy about ordering right now or contacting us often like other sales companies tend to be. We didn't have any issues with this process. However we did originally overlook the high pricing for the anchoring package ($299) as we thought it was a much more in-depth process with higher end items than it turned out to be (also later they would almost forget to even install them despite it being on the contract). Also, it seems that they changed contracts at some point recently as I paid for a leveling package but later found that the contract we were given the leveling blocks were included for free (they would later indicate we were given an old contract to sign). As far as everything post signed contracts was anything but professional. There was no line of sight to the progress of the shed in building and then after being told it was being worked on when I followed up with them directly the next day all of a sudden it was done and they wanted to deliver less than 24 hours later. I compromised by being ready within 36 hours of the shed supposedly being done just to find out that the appointment had to be cancelled because the paint wasn't finished. Then cancelled the next business day because it still wasn't painted even though I was assured that day would work. And then cancelled again for staff conflict and then delivered later than promised on the fourth scheduled date. Upon delivery of the shed from a company that specializes in sheds we were shocked to find that there was only one worker with a small forklift suitable for moving pallets in a warehouse but not capable of lifting a 120 sq ft shed. Thus it dragged the shed down the road leaving wood markings the whole way and was incapable of placing the shed in the center of a gravel pad that was only one foot wider on all sides then the shed. In the process of delivery with inappropriate tools multiple spots on all sides of the shed were damaged. Also after all of that during the delivery the person was ready to receive payment on the contract he had in his hands without even finishing what was paid for. I had to call out that the anchors were never paced ($299 anchor package). I was back and forth between working and checking on his progress and had originally planned to had the check to my boyfriend without going outside to check the finished project. We decided to go with a professional shed company to ensure that we had a great product instead of the big box store sheds. I expected a more professional experience with the skills and specialization that a company that focuses on sheds should provide and I didn't experience that at all. At no point did I feel as if the customer was a priority in this transaction and I felt that as the customer I had to reach out at every turn to get information and to be told they couldn't follow through on their commitments and that I as the customer made all of the accommodations in this transaction which seems backwards in a business transaction. This was an extremely large purchase for us. We took the time and attention to ensure that our property was in perfect shape, leveled, gravel base, prior to signing the order knowing that we didn't want to be the hold up on delivery or make issues for your company by being unprepared. We expected the same level of attention to detail and commitment to us that we didn't experience. We have had several contacts with the company from the day of delivery and several weeks after hoping to find a resolution, but the company still has not followed through on any of their attempts to rectify the situation. We are extremely disappointed and feel that we have not received the level of quality we paid for and it's disheartening given this is such a large purchase for us.

Chris was agreeable, polite, and sincere which honestly was a change from some of the contractors we had bid this job. Once the project was started, we learned, all too late, that he and his team were in way over their heads. The following is a list of "issues" we had with the quality, professionalism, and craftsmanship of our master bathroom remodel by Building Kingdom. Asked multiple times to confirm a timeline for the project and was told 3 weeks. Project took 9 weeks to be "complete". 3 Weeks in, Demo still wasn't complete. They left demo garbage at the bottom of my driveway for so long we received letters from the HOA on 2 occasions. Asked multiple times in the beginning to confirm that we had enough floor tile and grout. We were 3 tiles short and he purchased another bag of grout that that did not come close to matching our color. Change order that consisted of a nailing 3 2x4s together and installing them with hurricane straps -$500 Cut a water line in the bathroom without turning off the water to the house, resulting in a water emergency. Shower drain was centered on the shower stall, not the shower floor. Plumbed hot and cold water reversed to the shower valve. Plumbed shower head and hand held reversed. Promised custom frosted glass. Received Manufactured glass with no frost. Cut too far around faucet outlet and installed it anyways. Uneven tiles in corners of shower Shower pan puddled so he had to come back and tear out tile, grout, and mortar. It still puddles. Shower pan grout cracked after 2 weeks of use Built "bump outs" to mount the glass to, but didn't account for the tile depth, so they had to cut a channel in the tile to mount the glass doors. Returned 3 times to properly mount shower door so that it would close properly. Still doesn't close properly. Bullnose border in the niche has 2 sides flush, 2 sides off set Used spacers on some of the floor tile and some not. Resulting in uneven grout lines. Wired the new closet switch incorrectly resulting in no power in the master bedroom for an evening. Crew regularly didn't show up or didn't work while he wasn't here to oversee them. Taped Access panel into drywall leaving no access without cutting or tearing drywall paper. Drywall corners are wavy, generally terrible drywall skills and results. Project included leaving the ceiling "paint ready". Drywall tape is coming off, popcorn left around edges of ceiling. Bench seat grout line cracked and resulted in leaking into our kitchen. Repaired by Chris, cracked and leaked again, and caused severe damages to the kitchen ceiling, wall, and cabinets. His insurance company required 2 written reports, at our expense, to prove that the shower was the cause of the damage. They have taken 54 days to make a reasonable offer to get the shower and kitchen damage repaired. Building Kingdom has been using images of our bathroom on his website to promote his skill when we designed the bathroom and purchased all the materials. A project started on August 17 probably wont be completed (repaired to a usable condition) until after February. This list is just a high level list, it doesnt mention his crew constantly asking for glassware or dishes for their lunch, them locking us out of our bedroom while they "worked", or constantly being told that our project sucked. When the Chris handed the project over to us, we suggested that he leave some of the final payment on the table in order to make up for the timeline being 3 times what he had promised and he did leave about 17% of his original quoted price out of the final payment. However, his insurance company didnt consider that 5+ months of having an unusable master bath shower or damaged kitchen walls was "loss of use" so we are only barely getting our house "back to zero". Every time I go into our bathroom I'm infuriated by the entire situation. Seven months without our shower, wasted time and money, poor quality work, and how much we paid to get into this position. Obviously, I cannot recommend Building Kingdom.

Very impressive customer service. The work was immaculate and the follow up was equally impressive. Jack (owner) communicated with me at first in person, on my property, followed by a quote the next day and then a couple of days before the job was to commence and once during wrap up. The final call was to collect a balance and he waited two weeks before doing that. There were several texts send by me; ie these guys are great etc. He did not appear to be bottom line driven but with his focus on my satisfaction. Of course all business owner want to get paid but that never felt like his priority. It's an art to make a client feel the way I did upon completion. Well done! For the reviews that discuss quotes and didn't select them, the cheap comes out expensive. I would expect most painters to have similar quotes and recommend getting 2 or 3 but paying a bit more for a great job done quickly, that's a no brainer to me. fyi; NEVER accept the cheapest quote and there's a subtle art to a contract negotiation. Don't play games and say what your budget is up front. It makes things go smoothly from the start and the business owner will appreciate your forthrightness. The company will say yes, no or counter. My house looks amazing and that was my #1 goal. It's important to mention that I took a bit too long responding as I am a very busy guy who travels a ton. Glad I chose this team and I'm looking forward to the next project!
