The estimator knew what he was talking about and was personable to talk with. Not sure of their pricing at this point as I have not seen the estimate since it's the weekend. One thing that stood out to me that I liked was the invite to their mill where they will some of their own lumber to ensure quality which helps with the longevity of the fence and the aesthetic look of the project. Just based on the above I would recommend this business.

I'm very conflicted leaving this negative review. The visit/estimate with Sam and sales process…read morewith Julio was overall OK. There were some communication systems issue to begin with - I would send them an email and they never got back. Had to actually call them. But overall they seem to have the best quote - not the cheapest but the best out of 6. However, the install experience was so stressful that I had to get involved to make sure my yard and my neighbor's yard was not trashed. Both of us have vegetable gardens and fruit trees within near the fence. Jose, the lead, was the least bit communicative, didn't really tell me the steps he's going to take or prepped the area or asked how to navigate around. He was not personable and seemed to be in such a hurry - Sam even said he is. He just started knocking down the old fence without regard for its surroundings and blocking pathways that his colleagues needed to get new materials in - they were just stepping on old fencing and roughing up the ground underneath in the process. My lime tree was hit and split part of the trunk. No apologies, just said it was an accident. Part of the old fence landed on one of our carrot grow bags which is 20 feet from the area cause Jose was just throwing it around. One of his colleagues started using our braided hose and nozzle that we use on a daily basis for watering our fruits and vegetable for mixing cement without thinking. I had to bring them another hose and nozzle to use for construction otherwise former would have been crusted with cement. Why don't they bring their own hose or ask? Because the path was blocked by old fencing, the same person started rolling the wheelbarrow around into our vegetable bed until I had stop him, and cleared the pathway for him. While they were bringing the materials in they managed to knock down and break our bird feeder. Application of the stain was the most stressful part. I didn't realize they are going to use a high volume high PSI spray gun to apply - again Jose didn't communicate this with me. Both properties have vegetable bed and fruit trees close to the fence, and I was scrambling to cover them up because they just started spraying - I mean THEY could have covered it up but they didn't care. Imagine the output of a pressure washer. There were stain clouds up about 2-4 feet above the fence and saturating the nearby trees. None of them were wearing any respirators or masks so that kind of speaks for itself - gaiters do not work for VOCs and only Jose was wearing one. I managed to cover the raised vegetable bed that was the closest to the fence, otherwise we would have lost 6 months of work. In the process I got sprayed on the face with stain. This stain is not organic and has 100-400 levels of VOC. The nearby trees are coated with stain, the fruits and ground have been contaminated. My last communication with them was Jose asking for the check and that was it. No followup from them of how they did or anything. So I texted Julio my feedback and got nothing (see screenshot). The lack of acknowledgement is very disappointing. We specifically went with Marquez Fencing because of their warranty and craftsmanship. However, since I haven't gotten any response for more than 7 days, I cant rate this company more than 2 stars.

He responded quickly, provided a competitive quote, and delivered everything on schedule. What stood out most was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to ensure every measurement and every aspect of the installation was done correctly. The team completed the job right the first time, and the quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations. If I could give Expert Gate and Izzy 10 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service, quality craftsmanship, and a team that truly cares about doing the job right.

Update: found someone else who was able to fix everything without moving the posts at all. Insanity…read morethat I was going to let these guys swap out my aluminum posts for iron posts that wouldn't even match my gate. So I ask again, what are these guys experts at? Initial experience was bad. Sales guy came, was short with me, seems uninterested. Promised to give a quote. Waited 4 days. Didn't get a reply. I wrote a bad review and moved on. Owner contacted me asking me to remove the review and he can help me out with my gate job. I needed someone to help fix a botched gate install job so agreed. The job was to remove two existing posts and replace it with new steel posts. The price quoted for TWO posts were not cheap. He seems to think he's doing me favor for labor only but it was not cheap. It cost the same amount as the full job by the other company for the full install. I'm OK with it because at that point I wanted a job to be done by someone who knows how to do the work. Of course, I found out the reason they're expensive because they SUBCONTRACT to another company that specializes in gates. Are they the expert or is the subcontractor the expert? Nevertheless, I waited a week and a half for the scheduled date. The night before, he text me and ask if I have two steel posts that they need. They quoted me a very high amount to fix two posts but does not provide the materials for the fix. These guys are supposed to be experts in STEEL gates but do not have the materials for STEEL. So what are they experts in? Subcontracting? Reselling gate install service? What irritates me is that he sprung this on me at the last moment the day before. Our conversation was that the quoted price includes labor and materials to fix except for the extra materials that are needed that are ALUMINUM which I purchased. The fact that he asked me to provide STEEL materials at the last possible moment was maybe because (a) he misquoted me or (b) the subcontractors wanted more money to do the work. In any case, I cancelled the job. I cannot trust a company that bait and switch. If you misquote, then you own the difference, not spring it on your customer at the last moment.

(10 Stars if I Could!)…read more If I could give 10 stars, I would. We hired Freedom Fence to install two very large fencing projects at our facility. One was a secured fenced area, and the other was a large partition fence to separate a vendor's operation from our warehouse space. From the beginning, their communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. After carefully reviewing measurements and project requirements, they completed both installations efficiently and flawlessly. The finished product looked fantastic. Shortly after completion, the vendor's director flew in to inspect the project and discovered that his team had provided Freedom Fence with incorrect information regarding the area that needed to be enclosed. Despite the mistake having nothing to do with Freedom Fence, they immediately stepped up. The same day they learned of the issue, their team was back on-site working on a solution. They even worked through the weekend to relocate the fence and ensure the project stayed on track. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. Freedom Fence took ownership of the situation, prioritized the customer, and delivered a solution without hesitation. I will use Freedom Fence for all of my future fencing needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are a fantastic company with exceptional leadership that truly puts customers first. A special thank you to Hunter, who was absolutely top-notch throughout the entire process. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction were second to none. Highly Recommend
