Kids in my neighborhood charge less than $100 and leave it looking better than these guys did. When I raised my concerns, they completely stopped responding. He left debris laying around and it should have been removed. All of this and I paid $120. It was a half-ass job. I texted later after giving a thorough look to express my concerns about the work. He promptly replied, if I didn't like his work to find another company. Again, unprofessional. If a client isn't satisfied, you address the issue. Simple. There are visible large patches throughout my front lawn where grass was ripped from its roots. Reggie stated he would "fix" the lawn. It was never repaired. During the last scheduled lawn service, he only cut the front yard. When I texted to inquire why the backyard was not cut, he texted that he'd already loaded the equipment back on his truck. The response in no way answered my question! After texting and calling him multiple times, with the same question, he claimed he would be by the next morning. He never showed. Instead, in the late evening he texted, "You gotta give me until next week." Wow! Completely unreliable and disrespectful. I paid Reggie in advance, in the amount of $165. He has failed to provide the prepaid service; literally having the audacity to tell me he thought I was tipping him. Who tips an extra $165?!?
