They take the time to truly care about you. That you almost forget that you are going through radiation. They even play your favorite music. They will do everything to ease your fears throughout the whole process. I saw two walk-ins with children all show and out the door even before I finished. My appointment was with PA Kpadjiba and she was super helpful. Like wonderful. It wasn't just her. The other staff was great. Anyone sitting in some den of fevered patients in this part of MD needs to stand up and drive over here to get seen. Or maybe it's better that the word doesn't get out and this gem isn't ruined by the masses!

I can't believe I'm the first to review!…read more I love this place! 8 months ago I was given a referral for physical therapy for issues I was having with my right hand. I chose this location because it was 10 minutes from where I live. I was assigned to Bonnie who's one of the hand therapist. She immediately made me feel very welcomed. She has a great personality and just made me feel comfortable working with her. She listened to everything I had to say and reassured me that what I was feeling was typical in terms of what I was going through (carpal and radial tunnel syndrome). She explained everything we were doing in detail and always ensured I had everything I needed. After a few weeks I stopped therapy, had surgery, and chose to return to MedStar NRH Pasadena because of the wonderful experience I had. I once again started working with Bonnie and had, what I felt, was a continuation of the best care I've had. I still come here for physical therapy due to a shoulder issue (I'm all sorts of broken) and still work with Bonnie. I've gotten to know the front office staff and they are always so professional and nice. I really look forward to my appointments because each one has been such a pleasant experience. Knowing that one day I'll have to end my therapy does sadden me because I've bonded so well with Bonnie. If you're looking for physical/occupational therapy where the staff truly cares I highly recommend MedStar NRH Pasadena. There were mini sodas, coffee and apples available outside of the ICU room for visitors. We were asked if we wanted a Pastor to come and pray and we said Yes. A very kind Pastor came to the Hospital, as she was on-call. Very lovely and kind. Ended up paying for $5 for my 2+ hour visit. Easy enough to drive into the parking garage. When exiting, be very careful! Once you get towards the bottom, the garage becomes tight and its a tight spiral to drive out

Thanks and compliments to the outpatient staff of UMMC Midtown Hospital…read more With a relative who needed a common low-risk but major procedure, we experienced good communication, good treatment, and a good outcome here at UMMC Midtown Hospital. Parking was half-a-block south, with a covered walkway to the reception desk. Reception here was prompt, with an escort to the admitting room. Admission was friendly and efficient. We had an assigned time, and preop started about 30min later than we expected. This was communicated to us in advance, and the waiting room was comfortable enough. During prep, we met the team members who would do the procedure, including the surgeon, the anesthesiologist, a doctor and a nurse, and an intern . All communicated well and gave us both information and confidence. The procedure went as-expected, and the surgeon spoke to us directly afterwards, again communicating well and in detail. Now, ten days later, we can say that the of the procedure, the outcome, and the aftermath were all exactly as-described to us. These are great, caring staff. All of the staff whom we encountered were efficient, communicative, and friendly. In addition to giving us confidence, we got the sense that they liked working together, which gave us an extra feeling of comfort in a somewhat stressful situation. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I had hurt what I thought was my shoulder, but Greg Lemoine investigated and found that I had…read moredamaged my neck. Greg developed a solid treatment plan in which I felt benefits after just the first visit, and a little better after each session. Greg's staff is top notch as well. For the eight plus weeks I attended PT, twice a week, I worked primarily with the PT tech Nikole who was always cheerful and friendly without fail while guiding me through my therapy sessions. She made the mundane sessions so much easier to endure with her upbeat spirit. I worked with Christian on a few occasions, and he was just as professional and friendly as Greg. It's a great Doctor and team here, I highly recommend.
