Fast, paid less than I was quoted, overall good experience. I see bad reviews from awhile back but I had zero problems with them.

I do get my oil changed every 3000 miles when warranty requires 5000 because I do take care of my truck, too expensive not too. Well they said they would "misread" my mileage so it would keep my warranty valid. I dropped by on Monday to make sure my truck would be services on Friday as it was when they could schedule me in, they did not tell me they would accommodate my request then or at our first conversation either. Picked it up on Friday and the counter guy said he could not change the milage because it was wrong to do so. But lying to me that he would is quite acceptable in his mind apparently. The owner came over and started telling me about its a battle repeatedly until I told him we are not in a battle we have a disagreement that's all. He raised his voice and kept telling in about its a battle in business and I don't understand and kept ranting on and on. I told him it was ultimately my fault because I missed the milage but I would have gone somewhere else that would done my request. If I wasn't able to find another company I would have just done it myself because it would be out of warranty anyway and save myself $660 which was my bill, pretty excessive actually.

They just said it was getting older and just makes noise. Newman's figured out what the noise was and fixed it. We also had them put on new Shocks, Struts and new headlight assemblies. Our car runs like its on rails again. Very professional and friendly. Didn't try to up sell me anything like most mechanics will do. When you've traveled in the military, it's hard to find a trustworthy local mechanic...problem solved. I will definitely be back!

They had the car for 3 weeks and didn't communicate very often. We brought the car home and the car was still having same issue! we took it back to the shop and they kept it for another 2 weeks and the owner was completely dismissive of the whole thing. He said he had other customers on his schedule ahead of me. Mine wasn't even finished! He just wanted to help the other customers because he knew he would make bring in more money. He did not care about us because he'd already scammed us out all the money we had. So we decided to bring it home and he days he's fixed a sensor and it wasn't having the issue anymore. Great. But then the car died the second we pulled into the driveway. We going to add some Sea Foam to the gas tank. We think it's a problem with the fuel line or the fuel injectors. I'm going to be devastated if it works. Either way, he needs to refund my money

I love the people who work there, but the work they do is terrible. I didn't know it until I…read moretraveled cross country to Texas and discovered my brand new brake job was squealing on me. A major red flag was the fact that they forgot to bleed the brakes, I had to go back just so they finish the job properly. One month later...I took my car to another NAPA auto care center in Texas to fix the brakes and they told me it was the most terribly done brake job they had ever seen. They placed two outer brake pads on one side and two inner brake pads on the other. They broke the clips on the brake pads clean off with needle nose pliers! Do not go there, until there is new management and maybe new workers as well. Just avoid that place. Come to think of it, aside from their skill, they are not very professional. Mark used my car to give his buddy a ride to the corner store after "fixing" the problem with my car, for which he charged me over $150. I had a half talk of gas when I left it, I got it back with less than a quarter, "he says I think your gas gauge might be reading incorrectly". BULLCRAP, I got it back took it for a test drive and tells me, "let her go, put some gas on it."...first of all, don't be driving my car putting miles on it when it's not even fixed yet. And what are you going to start an Uber business with my car? And secondly, they never fixed my car I took it in twice for the same issue, first time he changed the ignition coils, then I had to take it back for "genuine Toyota replacement parts". NOPE, didn't fix it. So I took it home with me and decided those mechanics are useless. Turns out it was a very simple spark plug/wire change that it needed. That was it. Oh, and upon further inspection while changing those wires out, Guignard Garage, placed BOTH ignition coils on the wrong sides, throwing the firing order of my spark plugs off completely. Seriously these guys are NOT mechanically inclined. Stay away.
