I emailed David, texted him and showed him photos of all the areas he missed and cut corners on and no response. Hired Dcancio Landacape to take care of weeds in the front and backyard that had been neglected for a couple years at my mother in laws. He came at the scheduled time, took care of everything, sprayed to prevent future weeds, and even cleaned up pigeon poop that had accumulated from a horrible pigeon infestation. He finished up by spraying down the patio areas and had them looking great. If he comes to Henderson I'll probably use him for my own house soon! read more

We had a real mess on our hands with fallen leaves, brush, and debris all over the yard, and our former landscaper completely ghosted us when he was supposed to come out to clean it up. I logged on to Yelp and submitted an inquiry for services. David responded within ten minutes and provided an estimate using photos provided. Better yet, he was able to come the next day to get things in order before out of town guests arrived. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression with visitors, so the quality of the work was going to be important. They did a great job trimming my 2 Sago palms and I would gladly hire them again in the future for any yardwork that I don't want to tackle myself. Hired this company bc he responded fast, and his quote of $100-150 was good. Messages included in pic. We sent pics to him.befote he quoted us. He weed whacked the back yard and then sprayed stuff on it and said it'd be 48 hrs before it died. It's been 4 days, and it's still not dead. He didn't even attempt to pull weeds under the bench out front or the swing we have in the back. Then when he was done, he knocked and I asked him how much we owed him, he said $200! He didn't even trim or prune any trees, barely pulled any weeds, mostly weed whacked them, which we could have had our 8 year old do (jk, but if we knew he was just going to weed whack them, I wouldn't have gone with him, we wanted the weeds pulled). When I pointed out he quoted me 100-150, he said, "Okay, 150 okay." We'll now have to hire someone else to come do the job correctly. We were pretty disappointed honestly but had hope that whatever he sprayed would kill the weeds, but it didn't. There's still weeds in the front we will have to pull so the HOA doesn't get us. I was quotes 100 biweekly service to include 2x a month , my yard is desert , small , low maintenance , basically I wanted the blowing done and some small plants trimmed - he gets to my place and said I needed to pay $120 for the initial because (it was not overgrown or nothing crazy - a lot of the plants are new when I converted to desert landscape. I paid and had to leave , the person at my house when i left said he didn't seem to be doing any trimming and the guy was having problems with his blower starting , I get home and the leaves were still through out the property and he didn't trim my plants at all. I text him and asked what was going on he said he finished the service. I sent him photos of the plants not trimmed and leaves not blown, and I think I'm more disgusted that I paid $120 and got one shitty service and he didn't do what was told. i asked if he planned to come back even 2 weeks later to see if I would get my second visit I paid for and he just ignored my texts . the work done was ok, kinda patchy in areas and not all the weeds died. scheduling/communication was very frustrating. would say they would come at a certain time and then wouldnt communicate they were gonna be late or come at all. Very disappointed in this business. I will start off by saying he canceled the first appointment. I waisted hours for him to tell me he couldn't make it. So he rescheduled me for Monday. I sent him pictures of the front and backyard. Told him I had weeds 4 bushes and one short palm tree that needed pruning. He gave me a quote of $150 and assured me he could take care of it. Long story short he only cut the weeds down in the front of my house and that was it and it still looks bad the way he did it. He did nothing to the weeds in the backyard or the palm tree. Or the bushes in the front. He plays like he only understands Spanish I even said that was fine we could communicate via text because it translates. He charged me 120 just to cut weeds in the front. If he couldn't do the job he could have said so and there are plenty of landscapers here. He said he would come back and do the bushes and tree never came back. Not sure why it couldn't be done the day he came if that's what he was there for in the first place. Then he started with the no English stuff confusing the heck out of me. lol! Telling me he would come back and take care of the bushes and trees. Never came back. People take your money elsewhere he did a very poor job. read more
