I really hate writing bad reviews but we wish we listened to the one review stating to not use this…read morecompany. I hope our review helps because as it turns out we are not the only family that Lone Star Painters has either done poor work for and/or taken money from. The paint team showed up late, left early, used the wrong color paint, did not prep our home properly and did a nightmare of a job painting. The way they tried to cut in the paint on our walls made no sense, they would start in one spot then stop and start in another. Leaving incomplete sections here and there. We are glad we stopped the work when we did but we are now in the process of taking legal action for our money back as the owner is refusing to reimburse a portion of our deposit. They only actually worked one day for maybe four or five hours but he's trying to charge us for two days. Then he explained that he had to charge us for the paint but failed to explain why he kept all the paint that he's charging us for. It's a shame because he came across as a nice genuine person but after requesting him to stop the work he has been untruthful and aggressive with his emails. Don't use this company, there are other companies that will paint your home without taking a penny till the job is complete and you are happy with their work! Save yourself the nightmare and headache and reach out to us if you have questions.

Check out the text I posted. I literally hired this guy to do my floors and he insisted that I give him half of the money down, and he never showed up. The craziest part about it is he completely lies, yet when you meet him he seems like an outgoing cool business guy. What. A SCAM. I literally have 2 more weeks worth of the same texts, and have to file in small claims court. This is the second time I posted this review. I actually fell for his crap again when he begged me to take it down because it was embarrassing and he would "pay me tomorrow." Pshh... I'm an idiot.

I don't want leave a bad review just for a bad reviews sake…read more Let me explain- They have a minimum of $750 -which for me doesn't work out. (But they may do good work-I won't get to experience it.) I have a few patches of old "electric outlets for patching"- and some hollow wall anchor holes that need repair before we paint. If Kroger's only sold items for over $20 I'd give them a bad review too. It may be best for their business model, but for a consumer looking for assistance for a smaller job-it doesn't help. :(- My best to you all!

Omar was very responsive and easy to reach whenever I had questions. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to walk me through different vinyl material options and clearly explain the pros and cons of each. That guidance really helped me feel confident in my decision. The final result came out great and I'm very happy with the look and feel of the flooring.

DLL Renovations did a complete bathroom remodel for me, and I couldn't be happier with the results…read more They handled everything -- the full remodel, replacing baseboards and trim, painting, and even installing a new electrical outlet and every detail was done beautifully. They are extremely professional, prompt, and thorough. Communication was clear throughout the entire project, and their pricing was very honest and fair. What really stood out to me was that they didn't just do the work -- they also offered helpful suggestions that improved the final outcome. This is the kind of contractor you hope to find and keep. I will absolutely be using DLL Renovations again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and a team you can trust.

Abraham (with Robles Brothers) came out the same day to give us a quote. He is personable and professional. The price he quoted us was very reasonable. In the end, we went with Robles Brothers. Abraham's crew was there bright and early every day. There was so much to do and these guys didn't miss a detail. They were great at staying in contact and addressed everything we wanted done. Everyday there was an end-of-day recap with us and he'd go over the plan for the next day and whether we had any concerns. We highly recommend Robles Brothers Painting if you are looking to have work done on your home. They'll be our go to for our next big project.

Called Nate and he said, Oh I scheduled you for the next Tuesday because that's what he had on his schedule... What!! - He schedule some painters for Monday. Painter showed up and started taping off and painting for the day. - Tuesday comes, No painters! Text and called letting Project Mgr. and owner know that painters hadn't showed. Response was that they had something come up. House was in shambles, taped off with plastic and paper. They arranged to have other painters there by noon, more taping and painting, about three hours. - Wednesday original painters decided to show up, I expressed my concerns about how they don't tape off lighting fixtures and vents and how they were getting paint on all these things with their "free hand" paint cutting. The crew did not like my advice/ criticisms and left. - Many more disappointments, overspray, areas missed/ incomplete areas, paint on light fixtures, cracks in walls that should have been filled prior to painting, painting only one side of door? Too many issues with this company, don't do it!

True Blue Painting -- Exceptional Craftsmanship & Old-School Service…read more I recently had the pleasure of working with True Blue Painting, specifically Nate and his crew, to paint two bedrooms and an additional wall in my living room. I've worked with many painting crews over the years as I've rebuilt and upgraded my home, so I come into projects with high expectations. All that said -- this crew is outstanding. Nate is one of the best communicators I've worked with. He clearly understands how to engage with customers, set expectations, and follow through with a level of service that honestly feels rare today. If you're looking for the type of service we used to expect before COVID -- professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship -- these are your people. The execution was excellent. The crew was: * Reliable and on time * Detail-oriented and thorough * Clean and respectful of my home * Proactive about checking their work * Willing to return to ensure everything met my standards That last part matters. They don't rush through a job and disappear -- they stand behind their work. I highly recommend True Blue Painting and would absolutely use them again for future projects. If I had additional painting needs, they would be my first call without hesitation.
