They told me that they would repair the windows and alter the framing of the window so that it would not hold water and cause water damage again. They took care of the problem and replaced the rotted framing in a few hours. They cleaned up the area, caulked and painted repairs to match the rest of the house. While everything was ultimately addressed, it would have been better if those issues were avoided from the start.
