Five Stars -- Matt is the real deal…read more We hired Matt for a major home remodel that included painting walls and cabinets, replacing flooring throughout half the house, foundation repair, garage epoxy, and replacing doors and windows -- and he knocked every single one of them out of the park. What stood out most wasn't just the quality of the work -- it was how he handled the entire process. Matt communicated consistently from start to finish, checked in regularly with updates, and never left us guessing about where things stood. When we needed to change direction on design decisions mid-project, he was patient and flexible without making us feel like an inconvenience. He also put real thought into the order and flow of the work, knowing that we were living in the house the entire time -- that kind of consideration isn't something you take for granted. When small things came up after the project was finished, Matt didn't hesitate to come back and make it right. No pushback, no excuses -- he simply stood behind his work, and that says everything about his character. We'd hire him again without a second thought, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor who is skilled, communicative, and genuinely easy to work with. Oh -- and our dog, who is not easily won over, grew to look forward to Matt's visits every day. When the project wrapped up, he actually missed him. If that's not the highest endorsement we can give, we don't know what is.

Giovanni was responsive, reliable, honest and fair. He was very transparent about his pricing. He came on-site to give me an estimate and started working on some of the smaller handyman jobs such as adding my cabinet and drawer handle pulls, swapping out my master bathroom shower head for a shower head with a wand. He also hung four paintings/artwork for me. He even repaired one of my drawers that were installed incorrectly. I didn't even know it but it was greatly appreciated. I plan to get more work done under him. Awaiting his quote for the bigger jobs such as living room TV wall, adding stone ledgers in my master bathroom windows, recessed lighting, landscaping and a paint job. Can't wait to work with him again and see what he comes up with for designing my living room TV wall and master bathroom. He has stellar reviews on Google which was what made me book him. He just expanded his business marketing to include Yelp which is why there are a lack of reviews here. But his work is quality and legit.

Unsure of who to call and how long it would take, I went on Yelp and Giovanni responded to my inquiry. After careful research, I decided to give him a try and he showed up the same day. He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. I would definitely call him again for any handiwork needed as I felt comfortable from beginning to end.
