We needed a transfer from rural Pennsylvania to rural Virginia, and Patrick was happy to accommodate us. He communicated well and arrived precisely on time - wearing a suit! He loaded our luggage into the immaculate and very large SUV, while telling us about some potential traffic delays. The traffic turned out to not be quite so bad, and we arrived at our destination a little bit early. Patrick played excellent music, and kept us entertained with stories for most of the trip. And when we arrived, he carried our luggage to the door. And all that, for a very reasonable rate - not much more than if we'd rented a car and driven ourselves. I just don't see any other option for the next time I'm in the region - Patrick will be the first call I make.

She was timely and communicated with me ahead of time. Additionally, she was accommodating to my demanding group who needed temperatures adjusted (this was early August) and music selections (she asked if anyone had a playlist). All of the vineyards were immaculate. The last vineyard had not updated their records to reflect our late additions, but that was not on DiVine. I call them and get told cabs are about 15 minutes away. "Is one of them coming?" I got a great non-answer. "Is anyone coming?" "We can't tell you an eta." "Am I going to be stranded?" "We will be sending someone. Cabs are 15 minutes away." Then a few minutes later, they call and leave a message. "It's going to be an hour." An hour comes and goes. I call again. "We're still overbooked. It's going to be at least another hour." They couldn't tell me that in the first place? I had to call them. Never again.
