This company is predatory and dishonest. I recently submitted an inquiry and was quoted $1495 for a party bus. I decided to move forward with the booking, and was asked to resubmit the information I had already provided for some reason in a Reservation form (why did they not just have me use the reservation form from the beginning? Your guess is as good as mine). Once I received the booking confirmation, the total was over $500 more than I was quoted for. There was a travel fee, service fee, and credit card processing fee that was not disclosed to me prior to booking. Astonished, I called the company and the coordinator named Tony proceeded to blame ME for the price discrepancy, telling me that while I provided the pickup location name, I did not write the *city* of the pickup location in my initial inquiry. It turns out that the distance from DC warranted an additional $300 that I was not made aware of. Sir, if you are too lazy to google the pickup location and needed me to provide the city information in order to provide me an accurate quote, it is your job and responsibility to ask me for that information prior to sending the quote. I can't read minds, and I'm not here for the gaslighting. Additionally, every vendor quote I have been given thus far included ALL fees, including service/credit card processing fees, so that I as a customer can make an informed decision. Concealing these fees until after the booking is confirmed (even if they are hidden somewhere in the website's fine print) feels extremely dishonest and slimy. In summary, I do not recommend this company. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely sketchy. Please be aware that the price you are quoted for is likely not even close to what you will actually need to pay for their service, and you won't find out the actual total until they have your credit card information. read more

The American Eagle Limousine service was substandard, the limousine was dirty, dusty and hand prints all over the inside roof, (we tooks pics), obviously no sanitizing at all. They charged my credit card and extra $300 in case of damage without telling me during the initial talks, I didn't see it until we were finalizing and after the charge. The driver's GPS was'nt working so we missed our destination several times and had to use my son's GPS on his phone. I still tipped the driver the suggested $150, which annoyed me that they suggest how much the tip should be, but I didn't want to take it all out on the driver. I have ordered many limousines over the years and this was one of the worse experiences compared to the excellent services I received in the past. read more

Avoid at all costs! Not honorable business practice. My 18 year old daughter reserved a party bus with American Eagle Limousine Company (AELC) for Fri 4/28/2023 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. She gave credit card information to reserve the party bus and was charged immediately. They sent an Adobe digital contract with the wrong date/time. She called AELC (703-550-7200) and had ONLY the choice to leave a voice mail. She did, stating explicitly that she was not comfortable signing the inaccurate contract and asking for someone to contact her. She received a text from Anthony at 703-550-7200, which showed he had not listened to her message. During the texts with Anthony, she stated she was not satisfied with the terms on the reservation details and requested adjustment to the terms to match her original intended purchase. During this process, Anthony insisted that she sign the contract and upload as written. At no point was she given a solution that worked to her satisfaction. She felt pressured to sign the paperwork despite the fact that it was not what she purchased, as they refused to give a refund. Anthony called her 4/25/2023 to state that her original reservation could not be honored. Later that day she called to discuss the details and was told she HAD TO ACCEPT a substitute bus which was NOT what she had originally purchased. Anthony pressured her to sign/upload the documents WHICH DID NOT REFLECT HER INTENDED PURCHASE. She was told that the purchase was not refundable, even though the service she had purchased was not available to her. She texted and called with Anthony and was met with purposeful manipulation and miscommunication conducted by AELC. She was forced to submit a "corrected" invoice with the details Anthony insisted on. In a sad and desperate response, she tried to cancel the reservation because AELC was unable to deliver on the service she paid for. The company responded stating the reservation was cancelled and she would not receive any refund of her $1136.65. read more

AE Limo rescued me in May 2007. Reserving transportation during the Preakness is tough! ZBest Limousine had me a 3 hour block. I needed to extend the time and they were "booked" for a high school prom. I ended up eating the deposit. Time for a new limo company. After one quick phone call, we got a 2007 White Mercedes S550 10 passenger limousine reserved. Although it was a tad expensive at $175/hour, the photos illustrate that it was worth every penny. The driver was early for transporting the bridal party to the church! He was courteous and even took special instructions on the champagne I prepared. I tipped him well. Hi, I would like to take a moment to mention some issues with the limo service on Saturday April 27, 2019. The sound and lights systems were absolutely defective, actually useless. Even though the driver tried to fix it and we also tried to make it work, it just didn't work at all. A party bus without music and lights is just a bus and the price we paid for this service really does not justify it. It was our wedding celebration and this service was supposed to accomplish that, and we were given merely transportation. We feel we were charged an outrageous amount just for transportation in a very short route. The positive part is that the driver is a gentleman: very kind, polite, friendly and honest. Please let us know if you have any solution to the issue we have presented. I prefer to communicate with you instead of writing a negative review. We truly feel disappointed, and this service was the only negative event in our wedding day. The party factor was ruined and never present without music and lights to enjoy with our guests, most of them came from abroad. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY I booked a party bus for my daughter's Sweet 16. Prior to booking I repeatedly asked if we would be able to reschedule if the COVID numbers worsened. I was told absolutely. I didn't want a refund, just to reschedule the event. Now that the event is nearing and the numbers are out of control the story has changed. Now when I call they are limiting when I can reschedule the event. When I called to discuss my concerns they were extremely rude and stated that everyone is using COVID as an excuse. I have never done business with a company with such poor customer service. When I pointed out how rude they were I was told what do you want flowers, I'm just trying to explain to you. When I first called this company, the management called multiple times to get me to book with them. They lowered the price multiple times and assured me that I would be able to change the date if the pandemic situation got worse. Now, its the bait and switch. This entire situation is already stressful and their inconsiderate behavior and rude accusatory behavior has only made it worse. This would be our second year booking a party bus through American Eagle limousines to transport to and from a concert at Wolf Trap. Definitely found it to be priced well. Any questions or issues are always addressed immediately with a return phone call. The buses both years were clean and spacious. Both years the drivers were great. Pick up was on time. Event - 9/22/18 I would first say, I would more than likely re-book another event with American Eagle. I've rated 3-stars based on a similar review in that the features on the bus seem to be a bit dated. This however is an easy fix and did not take away from the evening. I booked one of their 15/20 passenger buses for 5 hours for a Sweet 16 birthday party. We had multiple stops within MD and DC and the driver assisted the adult chaperone in ensuring the teens stayed on schedule, and was flexible when they were ahead of schedule. Pros: Carl was an excellent driver and aimed to please for the evening! He was also on-time, stayed on time as we had multiple stops and was flexible when necessary. The bus did look like the photos on the website. The bus came as promised equipped with chilled water and sodas. Cons: The main con is although the bus was nice, the technology (radio, t.v.) was dated. The quality of the sound system was average at best. It's fine if you're just listening to music for entertainment, but some elements of clarity are lacking. Also, the t.v. only accepts DVDs, this wasn't a big issue as we didn't have a need for the t.v. However, I've ridden in Ubers that played music videos, so I think an upgrade is in order. Never Again. Literally things went sideways an hour after we booked the bus. My husband and I were both pricing buses at the same time, he booked with American Eagle with a deposit. At the same time, I got a quote from another company for nearly half of the cost. When my husband called back within the hour to see if there was anything they could do, they told him to send the quote and they would take a look. We did, and they responded with "too bad, you've paid the deposit." So they didn't want to work with us at all, even though they had indicated they could. That's fine, they are a business, but we knew at that point the customer service was least of their priorities (at this point we would have cancelled but their deposit was the entire cost of the other bus company so we were stuck.) We had our quote and paid our deposit. My husband realized the address for destination was different so he called to correct it- 20 miles they told him would cost him an extra $200. Again, our hands were tied at this point so we had to comply (and I think they decided to not go with the $10 per mile up charge and only charged us around an extra $100 for those miles- what a deal). Day of the event arrived- We were supposed to leave at 10am from our house. Myself and 19 friends were standing in our driveway waiting for the bus. We got a call saying he was running late, and close to 10:30 he finally arrived. The driver was nice and apologetic, but late nonetheless. We left the house late because of the late arrival. The driver took multiple wrong turns (though they were corrected quickly they still added up to a few minutes here and there). We arrived at our destination later than anticipated bc of these factors. We left our destination and returned home at 6:50, less than one hour after our scheduled time regardless of the inconveniences we had faced. Today we were charged an extra $300 for the trip, as AEL insists that the driver didn't arrive at our home until 7:10 (again not accounting for the original late arrival or wrong turns.) And not accounting for the 20 people that witnessed arriving before 7pm. My husband followed up via a call today, at which time the slimy sales rep told him to not bother him with the complaint but to send a message via email to the generic sales email account. You can see how much time they put into the response because the grammar and punctuation appear to have been written by a 2nd grader: "Hello John According to GPS the driver arrived 10 min late and dropped off 7.10Pm and sorry but we cannot waive any overtime per your contract . and the driver was late getting to another customer for his evening job . once again thank you for your business !" My favorite is the snarky exclamation at the end to reinforce that there is nothing we can do. I wish I could say that all of this aside, the ride was amazing, but truth of the matter is, the outside of the bus reminded me of the '80s (late '80s if that makes it better) and the inside that was supposed to seat 20 people was probably more likely ideal for 18. There are a million places in the DC area from which to rent a bus/limo. Don't make it American Eagle. read more

Make sure you start looking for buses well in advance of your event so that you're not stuck booking with these guys... First, I will say that our driver Carl was hospitable. Aside from that... our group had to pitstop 45 minutes to switch buses because our original bus had no A/C...and we were barely given 30 minutes back at the end of our rental period for this mishap!! We, as paying customers, shouldn't be punished for the fact that our bus was crap and not well-maintained. Second, our route home was NOT the fastest route, which added to our drop-off time and, ultimately, an attempt by this company to say that we arrived later than our scheduled time. Since the first day we dealt with this company, management had been nothing but pushy and rude. After being harassed (called multiple times), we were scammed into booking the bus. We were quoted a number that would "beat the quote we received from a competitor" to find out that number was before fees. As you can image, the fees made our overall cost sky-rocket. After seeing this, I called back and asked if there was any way we could reduce the overall price (a smaller bus, shorter time, different route) ... nothing. Not only did he want to charge us $500 for any changes/cancellations, he was exceptionally rude. This service deals with people celebrating events, so as you can image, my friend and I were extremely upset at how much anxiety this caused us--not to mention the crazy amount of money we spent to be treated miserably. My wife and I rented a Limo Bus for a recent winery and brewery tour in Loudoun County. When my wife booked the limo bus, she was given a quote, which they asked if they were authorized to charge her card. She immediately saw that they actually charged an additional $90! When she called back they said it was for fees and additional fuel. Skip ahead to this past weekend and the driver went the wrong way to get to the first venue, which made us a half hour late. Then on the way back, the driver again went the wrong way, which made us 11 minutes late getting back. My wife noticed on Monday morning that they charged us an additional $336 dollars for overtime! I tried calling and explaining and was told there is a contract and there is nothing they can do! Do not use this company they are running a scam! Look at other reviews and you will see that a particular driver is consistently going the wrong way and making parties late! The only good thing about this company was the driver we had- Carl. Very nice man. That being said, Carl showed up 30 minutes late for our day. Took at least 3-4 wrong turns on our way to the cidery we were going to. And then this company had the audacity to charge our group for an extra hour. Ummm how is that even possible when YOUR driver was 30 minutes late? The person my brother in law booked through was shady from the get go, lying about availability of the bus. When my brother in law called to complain about being charged an extra hour, they basically ignored him and said our driver was only 10 min late. We legitimately have 20 witnesses that puts Carl at 30 minutes late. Anyway, this company is a scam. They charge/ overcharge and then lie about it. This was my first experience with a party bus and it was amazing! The driver Rob was on time, courteous and professional. He kept in contact with me for every venue. The bus itself was lavish. Very clean with a party ambiance. The lighting and sound were just right. There was Bluetooth available for our own personal music selection and ice already prepped for our convenience. There was plenty of seating (we had 13) and room to move about. I will definitely use this company again because they did such a great job with my first experience. Please not I was a former Yelp Elite Member. My wife (then Fiancé) and I decided we both wanted to do a wedding celebration after party. Therefore, we decided to rent a party bus to celebrate with our friends and family. A friend of ours, on our behalf, offered to "reserve" the bus for us. Due to last minute complications with our group of friends, we had to cancel unfortunately. Based on the "reservation form," it notes in bold letters a 50% deposit will be deducted once reservation is confirmed. Under that premise, we were under the impression that even after we cancelled, we would have lost only the 50% deposit which was to be deducted. Unbeknownst to us, we were charged the full amount! We did not sign the contract, only the reservation form. We even cancelled before they asked us for an executed contract!! Therefore nothing should have been binding. My wife and I called the limousine company separately to attempt to negotiate or at least understand their policy, however, they would not discuss our cancelled reservation. When my wife asked about their reservation form which states that only 50% would be deducted, the representative stated verbatim "its a case by case scenario on how much is charged." He also stated that "if you book last minute, you will be charged the full amount" which is NOT stated on the reservation form. To confirm, my wife then asked what was considered last minute, and the representative answered with a frustrated tone, "one month prior is last minute and I will not discuss this matter with you anymore!" and he hung up on her. My attempt to call the limousine company to speak to the manager or any supervisor was not successful as they would not transfer the call to either manager/supervisor. The representative I spoke with would not even provide me his name to reference! This is a scam company! Had i read the other reviews before having my friend book on our behalf, we would never have!! Based off the reviews on Google, I truly did expect American Eagle Limousine and Party to be a 5 Star Company with 5 Star Customer Service. Instead, we received the absolute worse customer service there is. The first red flag, when booking, I was quoted one price of $495 for 4 hours via email and when I actually called to pay my deposit I was quoted a price of $595 for 3 hours. I referenced the quote tand the owner or manager said that whoever sent the quote via email had quoted me for the wrong price. How does a company not be on one accord when quoting customers on their prices?? Anyway, I proceeded to pay (the $495 for 3 hrs) after going back and forth with them and the owner asked me did I want to pay in full or just the deposit. I stated to him that I would pay the 50% deposit. Once we got off the phone, I expected to receive a confirmation, receipt, or ANYTHING in writing stating that I had just made a payment...NOTHING! So I call back about 24 hrs later to inquire about the payment I made and the owner says "ma'am we're going to send you a confirmation once the balance is paid in full. We're not going to loose sleep over your little $200. We'll wait to process your payment until you're ready to pay the full balance." Is this really how they handle business?? My little 200 dollars??? Wow!!! Once my balance was paid in full, it was EXTREMELY hard to get in contact with someone. The receptionist (both) had no information whatsoever about the details of my service. They were seriously like ROBOTS. Each time I called they would ask my name, phone number, and date of service and said they would forward the information to the owner/managers who NEVER reached out to contact me until 35 min BEFORE my service. When the bus arrived.....it was nothing like shown in the picture. I reserved the bus for my daughter's 6 YEAR OLD BIRTHDAY party and the bus that was dispeatched had lime green interior, no Bluetooth connection for music, and stocked with DIET COKE on ice. For the amount of money that was paid, you would think the connection to play music would be updated and they would at least stock the bus with water instead of soda (diet at that). On a more positive note, our bus driver DARREN was exceptional! He got us to our venue and back in a timely manner. All in all, this was the worse experience EVER! booking a party bus and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. This company is a huge RIP-OFF. I just called to check the price on an hourly rental for the Rolls Royce Phantom, the rep tells me its $1000 per hour. I can go to Gotham Dream Cars in NY or NJ and rent the same vehicle all to myself for $1,250 for the WHOLE DAY. Moreover, every additional day at Gotham Dream Cars will be cheaper, I believe the 2nd day will be $800. So at Gotham Dream Cars I can spend roughly $1600 (One Day rental + Delivery fee) vs. $1000 per hour at American Eagle Limousine. Talk about a huge rip off. read more

We reserved the white Mercedes-Benz stretch limousine for our February 2016 wedding. When we went to the showroom to see it 5 months earlier, it was in prestine condition-- no dents, scratches and a clean interior. It was a beautiful vehicle. Unfortunately out of all the vendors we hired, we decided to keep our budget for limo service to only $700. In hindsight, we should have pushed that budget to another grand and hired a different company for our event. A couple of disappointments and embarrassments on our wedding day: The limo arrived with an ugly 6 inch crack on the right rear passanger door. VERY hideous and being that we were having photos taken with the limo, the crack was an eyesore. I cringed when it pulled up to the Four Seasons to pick myself and my bridal party up-- very embarrassing. I was expecting the same flawless Benz to roll up to our hotel, but that just didn't happen. The "Just Married" sign was also a mess. It was bent/wrinkled, worn and just crappy. Very disappointing. Second disappointment was when the driver first arrived to pick up my groom. Instead of being parked in front of the hotel dropoff area, the driver was parked off on the street. That weekend a very famous and well known basketball team member was staying at our hotel. The driver was parked 60 feet away and was outside of the limo soliciting the basketball player and his buddies for business. My groom had to walk across the valet parking area and onto the street to get the driver's attention. My groom heard the driver say, "Do you and your friends need a ride? I am free now. You can call me up any time." and gave them his business card. Unbelievable!!! The driver was visibly embarrassed when he saw my groom standing next to the limo in his tux. The driver appologized profusely, got in the car and turned around so that he could pick up the rest of the groomsmen. VERY unprofessional. My pickup was on time with no more solicitation for other business from the driver. The driver waited until our ceremony and photos were finished and then headed back to the Four Seasons. When he went to make a turn into the hotel, you could hear this horrible, loud and embarrassing scrape and bang-- he had hit the under carriage of the limo trying to turn into the valet pickup/drop off too fast. People standing near by all turned to look at the limo and cringe...thats how loud it was. NOT the classy exit and entrance we wanted to make at the Four Seasons..very mortifying. My husband still tipped the driver because he is a lot nicer than I am. If it were up to me, I wouldn't have tipped at all for the fact that he was so unprofessional to solicit business on our clock. If I would have known these things would happen, I definitely would not have skimped on our limousine service. The limo and the driver did not exude class like we had hoped they would. This is not the company you want to have transporting you to and from your wedding. I am sure they are fine for other, less important events. We tried to save a little money, but it definitely was NOT worth it. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't have signed that contract and would have gone with a classier vendor. read more

I would give Zero stars if possible. It was pleasant enough booking the vehicle- the telephone staff was attentive and quick to respond to questions. However, my specific complaints are with the driver. We also received poor service from te telephone staff AFTER the trip. - Driver arrived in my neighborhood, NOT at my home at the scheduled time. - Vehicle was fair -cigarette burns in seat, paneling detached from wall, audio controls for speaker didn't really affect the sound. - Driver immediately notified me that he didn't have GPS and would be relying on his phone. I thought Maryland was "hands free" ... - Driver went the WRONG WAY on the beltway (we didn't even need to be on the beltway) to pick up the 2nd set of passengers. We got stuck in traffic and a 7 minute trip turned took over 40. - Driver was not familiar with alternate routes to avoid traffic AND his cell phone conked out. One of the passengers had to sit up front the entire ride to direct him to final destination. - Upon arrival, Driver suggested a pick up point. Everyone agreed an verbally confirmed this point as we de-boarded. After the event, DRIVER WAS NOT THERE! After several calls and texts he finally responds and says he thought we were going to be somewhere else. We waited almost an HOUR for him to come back because HE was not at the pickup point HE specified. I am terribly disappointed in the service and quality of vehicle we received for this special night. I have other events that require limo / party bus service coming up this summer & fall, and there is NO WAY American Eagle Limousines will get my repeat business. read more

WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I rented a party bus from American Eagle Limousine for my my bridal party for my wedding. As many brides do, I had a budget for what I was prepared to pay. When I mentioned my budget to the man on the phone, Sam, he LAUGHED at me. He kept pressuring me to pay more than I was comfortable with. He put me on hold over and over and over again and finally did come down to my price. So it WAS a reasonable price all along. He kept telling me how much percent I was saving but after I kept asking, "okay but how much will it cost" he was vague and I had to ask over three times before he told me. By far, working with him was the MOST STRESSFUL PART OF WEDDING PLANNING. He answered the phone every time I called so you'll likely have to deal with this monster if you book with them too. As for the bus, there was hardly any AC (it was the end of June) so everyone was sweating through their nice clothes. But the bus driver, Tyrone, did arrive on time and was very polite. It's a shame such a wonderful driver has to work for such a nasty tyrant! read more

This the absolute WORST Limousine company! I reserved them for my wedding week in Tysons they were scheduled to pick me and my family up at the Ritz at 4am... we waited until 4:10am and they never showed up. We had to take a cab immediately to catch our flight. Whens I got home I realized that they charged me $104 to my credit card for the 4am reservation that they never showed up for!!!! The WORST part of all is that I called the company for a refund and a guy named Tony answered. He was completely rude to me and told me that the General Manager runs a large company and will have to get back to me later and he HUNG UP ON ME! What kind of Customer service is that? Be VERY Careful with this company before giving them your credit card for a reservation, they might not show up and will still charge you for it. Then when you call for your money back, TONY will tell you they are too busy to give you your money back and will hang up on you!! Very un-professional! American Eagle was AWESOME! They showed up right on time, were very nice and knowledgeable, and it was great to have privacy in the back of the bus as well with the driver having a door to the front area. It was very easy to stay in touch with the driver throughout the day. We used the party bus for a wine tour and whenever we were ready to be picked up we would give the driver a call and he would come pick us up right away. The bus was very clean and had plenty of room and even had a fire place. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone in the DC area! read more

I was forced to put at least one star, which is too bad, it should have no stars. This company videotaped my friends and I on the bus, entirely illegal as none of us were notified and seriously that is just beyond creepy. Then they charged my friend $500 for people SITTING on the backs of the couch in the back......it was a 30 minute ride from Rockville MD to 14th and U in DC. 30 minutes and you charge someone $500 for sitting on the backs of chairs?? Do not use this party bus service! If I could give zero stars I would because that would represent the value in services that I received for my money. My wife booked a party bus to take a group to a few distilleries with this service. This was just before COVID hit in March 2020. Needless to say we had to cancel and could not reschedule as there was no timeline for the government guidelines ending that limited gathering size and shuttered businesses. This was completely out of our control and this company would not refund our money. When we told them that we could not reschedule they took our money without providing any services in return. In the end, we had no recourse because the agreement my wife signed said that they would not refund our money under any circumstances. I learned my lesson the hard way and had over $1,000 taken from me without anything in return. read more

PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! The reviews are all true. I wish that we had seen them before booking with this company. This review is based off summer 2011 booking with this company. This review could take me an hour or more to tell all the down falls that occurred with this limousine company. But, I will list the main important negatives for your consideration. (1) Driver got lost trying to find our pickup location. He was at the wrong home and had called to say he was out front. We told him he was not at the write location. 10 - 15 minute of back and forth with him, finally he arrives to the right location. (2) Driver first appearance shocked our group that we weren't sure if we should even get in the limo with him. His sloppy attire was so unprofessional for a driver. (3) We loaded up and was off to our first destination, where he took us a long route into DC and to the wrong location. He pulls up to the wrong location, opens the door and insist that we get out there. We are telling him this isn't the place. We knew exactly where it was, but he argued with us that this is the address, where as on the front a totally different address. On top of the wrong address, he opens the door and expected us to get out at an alley entry way, instead of letting us out in front of the place. Finally, after wasting about 45 minutes on the route, wrong location and arguing with him, he gets back in and takes us to the right location. He instructed us to call him at least 30 minutes before we were ready to leave to go to second location. (4) Of course, his sloppy, nasty appearance self was no where to be found. We are standing outside waiting. He finally turns the curb, almost running over the pedestrian on the corner. He stops on the corner, Hummer limo tire on the curb and opens the door. We are looking like he can't be serious, he is on the curb in a slant and want us to walk to the corner. We went on and did it and told him about it, not politely. (5) Of course, he took us another route, heading to another wrong place. Our second location was just down the street. Three blocks turned into 30 minutes. Skipping all the between......... End of Night (6) He was late picking us up, so we were unable to stop to get pizza as we planned for a late night snack. He says we would occur overage fees, even though this horrific appearance, sloppiness was late leaving us to stand out side while everyone had almost cleared the area. The police even ask us why was our driver taking so long. He finally pulls up, OMG! He got out the car fixing his pants and wiping his face. We were just disgusted at the appearance of this professionalism as a driver. Of course we started to go on him about being late, he was defensive telling us some crap. O, also we receive the wrong limo. We didn't complain about this because the 20 people that were going didn't go, but it was 12. If all had come we would have not been able to fit in the Hummer, 10 passenger limo. So, good all the others just met us at the locations. ***(7) This company doesn't understand how contracts work! Even with having a contract they don't follow it. They change up all the details once, they get your deposit. At this point they try to negotiate some other absurd deal into the mix. We literally had to threaten them with a lawyer to make them abide by the contract in which they supplied.*** I feel like I maybe leaving out some important negatives, but just don't go with this company. Honestly, if they don't change there service and drivers, they should really consider 'Going Out of Business' Warning! Let this company be your last result. read more

For my daughters 21st Birthday I purchased a Party Bus to provide transportation for me and my guest to and from the Spirit of Baltimore dinner cruise in Baltimore, MD. I spoke with a representative named Sam, he promised to be competitive with the prices and assured me I would not find another Party Bus in the area like the ones he had. He directed me to their website to see what my bus would look like for 15-20 passengers, I was impressed. The day of the event they were running late so I called them numerous times to get the status of arrival. I was told that they were giving us an upgrade and sending a larger bus. I was upset they were running late but excited to see what the larger bus would look like. Once the bus arrived I went out to look at it and was totally disappointed. It was nothing close to what we expected. The bus was terribly old, it had torn upholstery all over, hanging light fixtures, dirty seats and floors, no tint on the windows, very few lights and smelled of marijuana. We were already running late so we boarded the bus to get to the cruise on time. The ride was horrible I was very upset but tried to keep up good spirits for my daughter. As I started to walk around the bus and take pictures I found two marijuana pieces again needless to say I was furious. The bus had terrible shocks we could feel every bump in the road, it was a very uncomfortable ride. Plus the driver was speeding to get us to our location on time so that didn't help. Their were older adults in their late 60's on the bus and they could barely tolerate the ride. One guest had to stand and hold on to the bar fearing he may fall because he could not stay in his seat due to the rocking and shaking of the bus. Calls were made the night of and the next day concerning our dissatisfaction. Sam could not help me and told me I would be getting a call back. I spoke to a representative named Mike, I explained all my concerns and told him I had pictures and I was totally dissatisfied and requested a full refund. Mike was very unhelpful and rude, he stood by the fact that we made it to our destination and that was all that mattered. He told me he had been on the bus prior to coming to my home and was aware of the smell of smoke but said he could not control what others had previously done. I was furious to know that he was aware of the smell and he still sent the bus out to me. He continued to debate with me and refused to make a mends, he said he would no longer carry on with the conversation and that anything else that I had to say can be sent to them via email. I am going to court for a full refund of the amount paid because the quality of the Party Bus that was promised to us was not upheld. We paid $875.00 for a glamour's Party Bus with all the bells and whistles and that was what we expected to receive. I could have rented to luxury SUV's for a full day for cheaper than the Party Bus if my only concern was to make it to my destination and back. We were paying for the ambiance! I do remember they continued to ask me numerous times on different occasions what I was renting the bus for, which my reply was my daughter's 21st Birthday. I noticed our bus was changed along with the driver the day of the event by someone else other than Sam. I don't usually throw the race card out there but I have an unsettling feeling that they could tell I was African American and because my daughter was young (21) they started making assumptions and they sent us the "smoked out black bus." I feel they assumed that was what we would be doing on the bus and they didn't want us to mess up their good buses.
