I was also surprised they didn't vacuum before cleaning. Every other carpet cleaner we've used has done a thorough vacuum first, especially important with two large dogs in the house. Instead, they cleaned over the pet hair, which left wet clumps pushed up against the baseboards and scattered throughout the carpet. While the technicians was extremely nice and polite, the overall quality just didn't meet expectations. We'll likely look for a different company next time we have the carpets cleaned. When I went back to the place to check, I noticed the same smudged footprints from our movers, debris, straight up dirt on the ground and product streaks on the counters and toilet. The fridge and microwave which did need their focus, were spotless. I texted the person I had communicated with and asked if they even cleaned the floors with pictures attached.
