Most of the services I interviewed all charge the same price per hour, yet Markeith made the difference in our decision. We started with 12 hours a day but slowly graduated to full 24 hr care. Crystal and Salud in the office are also very professional, kind, and efficient when issues arise or scheduling changes are needed. I get a monthly schedule, so I am fully aware of who is on duty each shift. The communication is very good, and if a caregiver is unable to make a workshift, the other team members at comfort keepers strive hard to find a replacement ASAP and keep me informed of progress. The caregivers are very good, and I must praise Kiara, Katherine, Lisa, Veronica, Ayotunde, and Jasmine for their efforts as carrgiving requires special people with big hearts as well as tender compassion and experience.
