The price was very reasonable for the work they did, he was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What sold me was Efrain's responsiveness. I left a message and his call back was within hours. We made an appointment, I was greeted promptly and he even gave me a lift home when I dropped off my car (I was going to Uber). The work took longer than anticipated because my car was in rough shape after sitting outside for years. However, he called me first and asked if they could keep it a bit longer and I agreed. No extra charge! I have never seen my car look so good! I honestly didn't realize my headlights and / or engine could look that awesome; totally blew me away. The smell is gone, and my husband's car looks great. There was a moment when I thought that they had not completed the task well enough. I reached back out to them and they gave me the reminder to change the cabin filter (we had not done that yet), but he also said that if the smell returned, he would be back out there to redo the whole process without charge (except for the travel fee, which was fair as we are a solid 40 minutes away). The service took 3 hours, I was picked up and dropped off, but there is a clean and spacious waiting area that is child friendly. There wasn't a detailing staff to walk me around my car when it finished, so I headed home after checking out with the front desk. Unfortunately there were still some stubborn, sticky and bug debris on the front of my vehicle. I reached out via email to inquire if that was normal and Zach followed up to get the car back in. However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. He had some equipment issues so he had to reschedule for 1pm, but didn't show up until 2pm. I literally wasted my entire lunch period waiting for him and he arrived after I had to be back working, with no communication. I had issues with my employer because of this. He did a GREAT job on most of the interior! Also there was some sort of miscommunication from Titan, but the whole reason I decided to pay an exorbitant amount (reasonable amount, but a LOT for my budget) was to have my paint buffed out. He didn't do that service and I told him that this was a MUST and this was the whole reason I requested this detail. He got in touch with Titan and they confirmed the service was ordered. So he did the service and the paint looks amazing! However, he didn't do inside the trunk or behind the gas door. For $364, I don't think I got what I paid for. Also, he had to come back and clean the windows again, and worst of all, he left a big scrape on the passenger side front door. Listen, Zuarel was very friendly and generally pretty accommodating, but I won't be using his services any longer. Two stars is generous. Most people can't afford to use such services, and this was a massive headache. Titan Mobile Detailing apparently no longer exists, and I do have a business card for Zaurel at Frontline Finish. Detail was done in September 2024.
