Before you leave, pull into Classy Chassis Car Wash and enjoy a spectacularly clean & crisp fast eco-friendly car wash. They pre-treat your vehicle before it enters the washing bay. They hand scrub all the hard to get places so that you don't have to come back. Customer service is second to none here. The staff is So friendly and so professional. They go above and beyond for every customer. There's a reason why Classy Chassis has been around for so many years, it's like a Puyallup Icon But wait, I've saved the best for last. When you go into Classy Chassis be sure to ask for Reggie! This is the one hard-working loyal employee, if I were the owner of this establishment I would do everything in my power to keep Reggie. I started with the high-end wash plan, then decided it was too expensive and switched to a less expensive plan. Instead of simply changing my plan, Classy Chassis started charging me for both plans. I contacted someone and was told it would be fixed. It was not. This same billing problem has happened four separate times. Four times I have had to deal with this. Four times I have been told or expected to believe it would be corrected. And four times, the problem has continued. At this point, I am done. I am closing the card they keep charging because they will not stop taking money they are not supposed to be taking. Good service does not excuse terrible billing, and this has been completely unacceptable.

When I asked about the exterior I was told "that work item didn't get transferred to other paperwork", and I was handed my keys with oh sorry about that. I was disappointed after spending more than $300 that I wasn't offered better customer service especially when I was willing to pay 167 dollars for a wax service on top of what I already paid. I could have been offered to come back, a discount, how about a sincere apology for not doing what was promised? On another note the engine steam was not worth the money at all. Not sure who they have doing this work but total lacks attention to detail. Don't waste your money with this place!!!! If my vehicle were a dealer vehicle things would be much different. I've used VanCours for years, I won't be back. Apparently, they don't need my business. Find somewhere else to go. I also noticed all the 4-5 star ratings are from 2021 and older, they must have gone through some staff changes since then.

So let's start there right? Those things work better than any other place I've ever been to and I've been going to car washes since I was a shorty (I'm 41 for context), and in damn near every state. The service there was amazing, the young black queen with the immaculately done braids had a customer friendly smile outta this world and succeeded in upselling me the full Monty (my poor baby was filthy, so shame on me but kudos to her for such a keen eye) She made the experience well worth it alone in customer service so please be nice to her, take good care of her and i guarantee you she will get the job done. I'd even go so far as to say she needs a raise or a promotion ASAP! The carwash itself is one of those track driven ones where it pulls your car thru different stages of wash, rinse, drying, tires, etc. super fast and super effective because I wish you guys could've seen my car beforehand! The price blew my mind though for such a full sweep?! I'm telling everyone near and dear where to go from now on (if'n yall lazy like me and don't wanna do it yourself). Overall experience? DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. They will damage your vehicle and then refuse to pay for it…read more I took my 2017 vehicle--pristine inside and out, meticulously maintained--through The Wave on Whitman Lane for a routine wash. The driver-side mirror cover was factory-original, never disassembled, never repaired, zero bodywork ever performed on the mirror or surrounding area. It was exactly as it left the assembly line. Their blower ripped the mirror cover clean off, snapping one of the three plastic mounting tabs that secure it. That tab is now permanently broken and unusable--leaving the cover held by only two tabs (a 33% loss in holding strength). At first, the manager seemed reasonable. He asked for a repair estimate, which I promptly provided from a reputable local body shop. Once I did, the excuses began: * They questioned the estimate's validity. * They demanded I go back to the shop for clarification on the OEM mirror that was being sourced. * I did exactly that. The shop revised the quote to address the concern. Then, radio silence--followed by a cowardly email claiming they're not liable because "the mirror cover came off in the blower," implying my car had "prior damage" or "previous work." They have zero evidence for this. The mirror was untouched since new. They're fabricating excuses to dodge responsibility. Now I'm out over $800 for a repair that should've been 100% on them. Worse: * The cover now has 33% less holding power. * That means a 33% higher chance of it detaching in any future car wash. * I can no longer use any automated car wash--including theirs--without risking further damage. Their equipment is clearly too aggressive for modern vehicles, yet they refuse to stand behind the damage it causes. This isn't an isolated incident; a quick search shows others have had mirrors, antennas, and trim destroyed here with the same runaround. Unacceptable. Dishonest. Dangerous. I will never return, and I'm demanding a full refund for the unused washes on my membership cards. I'll be taking this to small claims if needed. Save your car. Save your money. Avoid The Wave.

If you have ever bought a used car from a so-called dealership a.k.a. slimy sales people and you realize all of the corners that they have cut to make this car look amazing That's exactly what this company does. They advertise that they shampoo carpets that they will clean the rims that they will make your car look new (you can look at their list) maybe I needed to tell them line by line what I wanted but when I say FULL DETAIL IN AND OUT you'd think it meant make it "like new" as they said. But the reality is after driving my car for a couple of days I noticed that there were a lot of corners cut. Under my seats were not vacuumed my rims are absolutely dirty. When I brought the car to them don't give me wrong it was pretty dirty I had bought it from a friend and it needed some love and I was just wowed with the difference but at the $300 plus mark you would think that it would come with the shampooing and then they would vacuum under the seats and they would literally get in the cracks and crevices and polish/clean the rims. Sadly, this is not what happened, the guys that work there are very personable, very friendly, very welcoming but not very detail oriented. I am going to have my car re-detailed I don't want to go back to them a 3rd time. I called other detail shops and for that dollar point they say a full details automatically comes w shampooing carpets and cleaning headliners. Some even offer an ozone treatment. I did bring it back cause the outside was still super dirty and my windows were not cleaned. But I had not spent much time inside to even bring much to their attention. My suggestion: don't waste your money. I hate leaving terrible reviews but I feel I just tossed 300$+ at a carwash that wiped down the inside and washed the outside. ALSO, THEY MAKE YOU PAY FIRST.
