I returned from a 6 month deployment and my "buddy" that watched my car let rain get into it and it pooled and produced mold all over the interior. I clean my own car, but didn't know where to begin, so I let the professionals take care of it. They did a great job and they have a 15% discount for military!! Neighboring Business also did not know when it is they operate. Woweee, so impressed. We have one of those beautiful pearlized dark blue finish on the vehicle, whatever process they did it is so supper slipper which is a good thing because dirt and road stuff do not stick and it is like the paint is sealed. One word: WOW. Auto Details may be a little bit hard to find but, let me assure you, it's more than worth it. I have a 110 lbs long haired German shepherd who goes everywhere with me in the back of my Jeep. As you can imagine, he drools and sheds and gets muddy at the lake and hops right into the back of the car. Two years of this is quite a lot of wear and tear (and fur!) but, thanks to Auto Details, my car honestly looks better than the day I bought it. There was a $45 charge for the pet hair removal but they made sure not to leave a single hair behind! The price is right, the customer service is incredible, and the work speaks for itself. My coworkers and I all love-love-love this mom-n-pop Auto Detailing Business. It's a cute wife and husband team that pours their heart into this business. We use them because my work is in their area for pick-up and delivery. So I can just go to work. They pick-up my car at my work and at the end of my shift, they deliver my car back to work. And I have a good-as-new car to drive home. :) My picky boyfriends loves their service too and he babies his precious car. He commented that the owner is a man of few words but not necessarily unfriendly - he just doesn't do the song and dance while you drink his coffee. My commentary is that if I want my car detailed I don't need the chit chat. Just let my brand "new" old car do the talking :) read more

This an outstanding independent auto detailer. I found them through Yelp and through their professional looking website and couldn't be happier. They offer a solid military discount and I had the interior and exterior detailed for a price that no other shop could beat. In addition, they worked around my schedule and offered me an appointment sooner than other stores. Wonderful value - paid less than I expected. That is very rarely the case in my experience with auto service. My car was spotless. It has black paint and there were no swirls or streaks. There was some dog hair on the fabric, which I tried to remove but couldn't, and it is now completely gone. The mats appear brand new. The Rain-X treatment has made a noticeable impact on my visibility. The two employees I spoke with were both friendly and personable. They are open 8:30-4:30 on Saturdays which is a huge bonus for me. I had called another Tacoma detailer whose website listed Saturday - By Appointment and they weren't willing to even make an appointment for me on Saturday. The only small concern I would have is that the air freshener or cleaners (not sure which) have a fairly strong smell. I am very sensitive to odors and my car really "holds" smells compared to other cars I've had so this may not be noticeable to others. Would recommend and will use again. read more

They did an amazing job with my car. I had tree sap and lots of caked on weathered dirt all over the outside and a month long road trip worth of food on the inside and vomit that I couldn't get the smell out from the road trip. They got the inside looking like new and except from damage from rocks from the trip the outside was perfect! This car has taken a beating from my kids and now looks great! :) I don't know how to add pictures from my phone but they even got the tiny nooks and crannies. read more

I had a great experience with Details. I had decided my 05 Jeep Liberty was in need of a deep clean and I also wanted the windows tinted. I chose Details because they offer both services. Details is a little tough to find, tucked in the back of a business park off of the main road, and with little signage to guide you. I eventually found it. when I dropped my Jeep off, I went over what I wanted done with the owners. They were friendly and helpful. After I left, a question arose about the tint job I wanted, so they called to clarify with me to be sure it would be done right. When I went to pick up my Jeep, it looked amazing! The paint was shiny and smooth, the wheels and undercarriage were spotless, and the inside was immaculate. I don't clean my vehicle very often, so they had quite the build up to work through. They even got all the dog hair that was stuck to the carpeting in the cargo area. The tint job on my windows was also immaculate. It looks like a factory job. All of this was done quickly, and for a great price. I highly recommend deails and will be going back any time I need one of my vehicles cleaned up. read more

Before I made my appointment I read some reviews and thought hmmmm seems like a great place. I told them I had a BLACK truck and stressed that I don't want any swirl marks. They assured me that my vehicle was in great hands. Well it's been two weeks since my detail, I drove my truck once since my detail and today decided to wash it. Wash wash rinse rinse chamois chamois. Holy crap ola my rig is effed up. Dents in my roof, scratches everywhere, and major scrapes which looks like was caused by their buffer. I rarely drive my truck, I have a commuter car and a work rig so I know it's not from my drive way. The bed of my truck has curved patterns with the paint chipped along the curves. No swirl marks just scratches and curved tatted damage. These guys are good for a quick surface clean with no quality at all. Please save your money and your rig, or else you'll be pissed like I am. read more

I have a few dogs and my car was definitely a furfest so I wasn't surprised when she quoted me 190 to do the full detail. I asked if they could please see what they could do about the chlorine stains (I swim) and little dirty hand prints from the makeup my sister did. I picked up my car pretty late in the day around 5. I was told they couldn't get all the stains out and that was fine with me IF they couldn't. I examined my car but couldn't see very well in the lowlight of winter. The next day I noticed still tons of dog car and the stains they couldn't get out? I easily removed with a shampoo brush at a car wash station. Not the best job ever, I'm thinking someone cut a ton of corners, from the work done I probably should have waited for my regular detail guy :/ read more

Pros: Exceptional Value! Very nice family atmosphere and the owners clearly take great pride in their work. Location is conveniently near the best German Restaurant in the S. Sound. Con: Difficult to find location in Parkland. PSA: After washing my car, they left the heater and AC on to help dry everything out. This drained my poor 11yr old battery, even though the car was in idle. Like an idiot, I only drove two blocks to the German restaurant, so my battery didn't get a chance to recharge and my wife had to go fetch the jumper cables to give me a boost. So remember: If your car is running all the electronics and AC in idle, the alternator may not be keeping up, so drive around for a quarter-hour or so to recharge the battery. read more

I had my Lexus detailed here on the 19th of this month. The car was not heavily dirty but the door jambs and a few other places had accumulated moss due to the car not being used for an extended period of time. Anyway, a basically fine job was done with the interior of the car - one or two areas needed some wipe down. However, the work on the exterior was bad. Lot of areas that were partially cleaned. I had to point these areas out to the lady when I went to pick up my car. She probably was too tired by the time she got to work on my car. Cleaned the inside almost well enough but ran out of gas by the time she was working on the exterior. At one point the husband had to come over from the vehicle he was working on to lend her a hand. I was really disappointed. It was getting dark and I had to go so the remaining areas that were still not fully cleaned was left like that. Leaving me car with them for a whole day and expecting a $239 job worth, that was not good at all. I do not recommend this place. read more

I may not be old enough to remember the 'good old days' when customer service still meant something truly but the service I got here in terms of quality and customer care reminds me of what I imagine of those old days. Sharon was a joy. She honored the price I was accidentally given by her husband and then to top things off she made sure the job got done in half the time! She also told me how to save some money regarding stain guard for my car upholstery. And tips for how to deal with a small tear (from the police-yeah really) on my back seat so it wouldn't get worse. She even offered me some muffins (or were they cookies?) while I waited. The place may seemingly be a hole in the wall and more than a little difficult to find but when you do (behind the fitness place on the road right when you get off the freeway in an industrial complex towards the back on the left hand side) you are rewarded to an amazing job and a beautiful attitude I wish all businesses could follow! They will most definitely have my business again. But hopefully not to soon since I plan on keeping my kids away from having any more drinks in the car :) read more

I called the day before and was able to drop my car off to be detailed the next day! By the time I got off work, I had an immaculately clean car! The teriyaki sauce stain on the seat was completely gone, my tires looked brand new, it felt like I was driving a brand new car!! We brought in a used car we had just purchased that needed a thorough cleaning, especially dog hair in the back of the car, which they did charge an extra $45 to remove. We brought it in at 8:00 am and they wanted to keep it overnight, to be ready the next morning by 9:00 am, but when we arrived to pick it up there were some areas that had been overlooked. However, they immediately cleaned these areas when we pointed this out, and we were satisfied with the value for what we paid. read more
