After a very thorough inspection, he determined that the area I suspected was not actually the source of the problem and was able to accurately diagnose where the water was really coming from. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain his findings. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to getting to the root of the issue rather than simply making assumptions. He was very thorough in making sure the area was cleaned up when he was done also. I would absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy plumber. Fair pricing also!

He kept me updated at all times when the start date would be (which happened to be sooner than expected, which was a major plus!) when the crew arrived, they all introduced themselves, and made sure that all areas were covered before starting work. The crew was also very friendly and kept us updated on their progress. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The job was completed by the estimated end time and was fantastic! Over the past few years the gates have continued to become misaligned due to ground settling and usage. I have recently requested a quote to realign the existing gates and received a quote of another $525.00 using all the existing materials. I find this quote excessive and insulting--perhaps if the gates were being replaced it would be reasonable. Additionally, the attitude during the process "they didn't likely put in the fence since THEY couldn't find their initial invoice" really is poor. I would not recommend R R Mann for any projects you may be considering.
