Over the past few years the gates have continued to become misaligned due to ground settling and usage. I have recently requested a quote to realign the existing gates and received a quote of another $525.00 using all the existing materials. I find this quote excessive and insulting--perhaps if the gates were being replaced it would be reasonable. Additionally, the attitude during the process "they didn't likely put in the fence since THEY couldn't find their initial invoice" really is poor. I would not recommend R R Mann for any projects you may be considering.

And the following two reasons is why I decided on LAV Fence. 1.) He did not try to tell me what I wanted nor upsell me something I did not need. 2.) He gave me a estimate before leaving (YES!
