I waited a little time to see if they would respond. nothing. another bad rain comes and leaks again so I took videos and emailed them with videos. again nothing. tried calling and left a voicemail. no respons. I then replied to a Facebook comment explaining my bad experience so they reached out through a message saying they would have someone come out that week to inspect them. well that week and another has passed. no one showed up. Spent a lot of money with them with zero help on the quality of work.

I hired this company to take care of several roof vents that needed repair or replacement. The…read moreworkers were very professional, respectful, timely, and tidy. They showed up when they said they would, began and completed the work quickly, explained what they were doing, showed me the damaged pieces they replaced, removed all debris, and charged a very reasonable amount. They did not try to upsell me on having my entire roof replaced, which actually surprised me. When I do need to have my roof replaced, I will definitely hire this company!
