My wife handled talking to him and said he did a very thorough evaluation and found numerous problems most of which I knew to be true so he seemed very knowledgeable. Said he would email a quote. It's been 10 days and I've heard nothing. Searched BBB.org for some info on this business and found nothing. Searched the Department of professional and occupational regulation for a contractor license under his name, business name and address and found nothing. We have been left without the 30 year product warranty or 2 year labor warranty we were to receive which Mason Company is not honoring. This experience has caused us to ask ourselves why we ever trusted this "Certified " GAF contractor. For a major investment that was to protect our home and provide "peace of mind", instead Mason Company performed substandard work found NOT to be in a "good and workmanlike manner".
