Then I met Lauren. She took the time to do a real consultation, explained everything, and somehow completely rescued my hair. Not only did she fix the color beautifully, but she was also incredibly reasonable with pricing -- which mattered so much as a broke nursing student. Over time, she was always accommodating with last-minute changes, root touch-ups on the fly, and helping me maintain healthy, normal-looking hair through pure chaos.
