Before we even started, she confirmed the services I requested and explained the pricing structure; I appreciated the attention to detail. My appointment was about 3 hours and it included hair lightening, pre-toner and toner application, hair wash/scalp massage, and a blow dry/styling. She has been learning more about color theory and narrated her actions throughout the session. Her commitment to expanding her knowledge makes her a great professional and leads to a higher quality product and customer experience. The space is gorgeous, as always. Everything is clean and tidy; staff and customers are able to move around without crowding each other. There are light refreshments available. I also bought some product (shampoo and conditioner).
