It was not until around 6pm the DAY of the day event that I was told via text that they would give me a refund because now they had no where for my party to go and they do not book same day events!! Now I am even having to follow up in regards to my refund! Needless to say, I will NEVER use this company again. They only time you get any level of customer service is before and when you pay! After this point, expect to be treated badly and have no follow up! Now my sister's big day was non existent all because these idiots have their heads in the sand! It's VERY clear they only care about money and not the customer actually having a good time. It could have all been ok if they would have just founds me a VIP somewhere that night. Lastly, I got all the BAD news via text! Not a single phone call! And throughout the whole thing, no one actually apologized for anything! I was very disappointed with the Bachelorette Party Bus package. There were 9 of us, and that costs…read more$1850. You read that correctly. What does it come with? Let's see- you pay for 5 hours- but you're only in the bus for maybe 2. We were supposed to have a hostess pour our drinks but she sat on her phone with her face scrunched up- didn't show us how to work the lighting controls on the bus and barely knew how to set up the phone via Bluetooth. Additionally- we were told to bring our own bottles and the bus would supply juice, waters, sodas etc. again, there were 9 of us and only 4 sodas. Not to mention, the driver was driving so fast and horribly that we could barely sip our drinks. The "photo bomb tout' was a joke because she took our pictures with an ANDROID. The pics came out horribly- nothing against Android,.. but between her attitude and vibe and the way she was taking the pictures, she def did not want to be there. The best part was the VIP 2 couch section in compound. Wow! Definitely disappointed- would recommend getting a section at the club of your choice because it would be cheaper and probably a better experience. These people don't know how to conduct themselves with any professionalism. Do yourself a favor and avoid them and any of their services all together! :)

EventWorks Atlanta, formerly Peachtree Tents & Events, provided furniture for both our wedding…read moreceremony and our wedding reception at the Atlanta History Center. We were very happy with everything EventWorks provided so I'm giving EventWorks five stars. For our outdoor ceremony at the Swan House, we rented 130 folding chairs, "Garden Fruitwood Padded," at $3.75 each. For our indoor reception at the Grand Overlook Ballroom, we rented four 8x48 folding tables at $17.50 each, one "Antoinette Settee" (sofa) at $250, and two "Sophie End Tables" at $45 each. On top of the furniture rental costs, there were charges for labor - both a fixed $150 fee and per-chair and per-table setup and breakdown fees - a $125 delivery charge, and a $200 after-hours pickup fee (our reception ended at 11pm). After an $80.87 Damage Waiver and Fulton County taxes, I was charged $1,780.43. Like many wedding vendors, EventWorks charges an additional fee if you pay by credit card. Their fee was 3%. I paid via ACH to avoid the fee and save money. EventWorks was recommended to us by our wedding planner, Jordan Xu of Emily Jordan Events: https://www.yelp.com/biz/emily-jordan-events-atlanta. I highly recommend Emily Jordan Events. Jordan worked directly with EventWorks on our behalf. The salesperson on our contract was Caroline Buffkin. It met our expectations. The furniture was up to our venue's standards and fit our theme (black tie, classic, timeless). We wanted a rug to go along with our sofa and end tables, but EventWorks didn't rent any rugs.
