It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos for Saturday morning donuts but after seeing the owners responses to customers and how I was spoken to on the phone about the forgotten rolls- I'll find a different local business to support.

I wasn't mad about the turkey, I understood it was partly my fault, but the rude follow up was unnecessary. Wind City Sweets & Treats: A Little Slice of Pastry Heaven!…read more If you're in Casper and haven't been to Wind City Sweets & Treats, drop everything and go--now! This charming bakery is a sugar lover's paradise, but there's one masterpiece that stands above the rest: their strawberry cream-filled croissant. I've had croissants before--good ones, even great ones--but nothing compares to this. Imagine a pastry so buttery, so perfectly flaky, so massive that it practically dwarfs your face. Then, take that golden, delicate croissant and slice it sandwich-style, stuffing it to the brim with pillowy clouds of the most luxurious whipped buttery cream and slices of fresh, juicy strawberries. Every bite is an explosion of textures and flavors--the crisp, shattering layers of pastry giving way to the smooth, rich cream and the burst of sweet-tart strawberry. It's indulgence on a whole new level. It's art in pastry form. It's hands down the best croissant I've ever had in my life. I'm not kidding when I say I still daydream about it--my mouth waters just thinking about that first bite! If you love pastries, treat yourself to this masterpiece at Wind City Sweets & Treats. You just don't find that level of warmth everywhere anymore. At first, the seating felt a little close together, but it quickly turned into part of the charm.
