It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos for Saturday morning donuts but after seeing the owners responses to customers and how I was spoken to on the phone about the forgotten rolls- I'll find a different local business to support.

The tenders were good. The fries were good. Is this my favorite meal....no BUT I love the heated queso and hot white gravy to go with our meal. The cheese curds were so great! Eat them while they are HOT! Delicious! We also asked for our blizzards to come after our meal so they also allowed us to wait. When our food was ready, they brought it over to our table. When we finished our meal we let them know we were ready for our blizzards, showed out receipts and then they brought those to us also. The blizzards made the meal even greater! This location was very clean, I typically notice ac vents and these were very clean. I love the windows to let all the light in and the nice freezer section with ice cream goodies and cakes. The date matters because of two things. First, Jan. 14 is also Frosted Tops anniversary. They were 6 years strong. All treats were half-off. Insane! I got a half dozen cupcakes including red velvet, double chocolate chip, carrot cake and others. The three I mentioned were awesome: moist and flavorful. Their frosting is definitely on the sweeter side... perhaps the most sugary cream cheese frosting I've ever tasted. I liked it. I also snagged a raspberry layer cake in a cup. The tart raspberry was the perfect addition to cut through the super sweet frosting. All of that for a song at half-off! Secondly, and maybe this is of little concern for Casper residents, but for someone passing through or visiting for a weekend, it's crucial. Frosted Tops keeps their online hours updated. I stopped by another sweets shop that day that had hours online which claimed it was "closing soon." When I got there, they had winter hours posted on a piece of paper on the door and weren't even open on the weekends. I cannot describe how sad to infuriating it can be when planning a stop only to meet a "closed" sign in the window. Frosted Tops honored their hours, and that means a lot.

Cream cheese costs $0.85 more than any other cheese, and then they just hand you a small packet of cream cheese to add to your sandwich yourself rather than adding it during making the sandwich like the cheddar. If we had known, none of us would have chosen that at all. Still, overall delicious and pretty fast considering this was probably their busiest day of the year with a line out the door.
