When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. Lily remembered me from previous sessions years prior. She gave me a tour of the space, and told me about some upcoming things happening in the same building I may be interested in. Upon entering the therapy room, everything was welcoming and comfortable. Lily had snacks and drinks if I was interested, and we sat down to chat and find out what my body needed to feel better. After some conversation, we had it figured out and it was time for the massage. When Lily returned to the room, everything was set for relaxing. There was great, relaxing music playing in the background, and the room was dark and the table comfortable. I schedule a 90 minute massage, and Lily takes time before starting to make sure she is ready to help you feel better. That is not taken out of your 90 minutes, so don't worry if she is asking questions before she starts. Lily is great at knowing what is needed to relax your muscles and help you relax in general. She will keep in communication to make sure the pressure isn't too much, or too little. After 90 minutes, you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated without question. Lily's pricing is excellent and worth every penny. She obviously cares about helping everybody feel better and leave with a relaxed body and mind.

I had to walk through a massage room that had been used, and there were dirty sheets/towels on the floor everywhere, and the lobby is dark, dingy and depressing. I don't need a lot of glamour or glitz, but a little thought or effort could be put into the front room. Lastly, tip is mandatory and set at $20. I didn't know this and only brought $85 with me. $70 for the massage, and $15 for the tip. However, my masseuse was disgruntled and kept telling me "$20! $20!"when I handed her the $15. I was perplexed, and she explained that the $70 goes to the owner. I understand English isn't their first language, but maybe they can have a sign explaining the money part. I felt horrible afterward, thinking my hardworking masseuse only earned $15.
