Parking is a breeze, as there is a parking lot in front of building, although it is a shared lot. It may take you a while to check out on Saturdays because it can get really busy. My prescription changed a bit this year. So I had to get new glasses. I was able to take my time choosing the lenses that I wanted. The staff also answered my insurance questions. So I was able to get the glasses that I wanted without a surprise charge. Overall, I enjoy coming to this location and I really like Dr. Shaeffer and the friendly staff.

Paid 700 dollars for frames and lenses I cannot use. Wanted same lenses that I used previously…read morethru this business and was told they were Workspace lenses when I bought them. Asked for the same lenses with updated prescription that I thought I had on original glasses. They ordered progressive lenses that I cannot use and they will not refund. They offered single vision lens instead with no cost to me. The progressives are WAY more expensive than single vision. Somehow I am supposed to know that what I paid for at this business a couple of years ago is NOT what I received. I was told work space lens with blue light blocking. That is what I asked for this time (assumed that is what I had on glasses bought from Rogers previously). No refund, Chandra is very rude, and this business is buyer beware! I have asked to speak with Krista (one of owners) but request denied by Chandra. I was respectful to this company requesting a refund, but was shut down quick, hard, and fast saying no refunds. This is the fault of the business that was NOT even the same lenses as I was told I had received before.

I couldn't get it to see my regular optimist so I called them for a last minute appointment. Not only did the receptionist put me at ease, but the doctor provided tons of feedback, solutions, and prescribed a regime that cleared it right up. A few weeks later my boyfriend and I returned for an eye exam. My boyfriend is legally blind and has trouble with optometrists in the past, but he loved Red Mountain Eye Care. They were friendly, easy-going, and really listened to the problems he was having with his vision. I would highly recommend this great practice!

Dr Cook has been my doctor for years, and i love him. I couldn't recommend him enough. All of my…read morefamily and friends have switched to see him as well. He and his staff are incredibly friendly. Even though i only see him once a year, he manages to remember our conversations from the last visit. My vision insurance at work changed and he is no longer covered. The insurance rep told me it was easy to change eye doctors, i explained that would be out of the question. I canceled my insurance and pay out of pocket for his services. I trust him completely, you will not be disappointed.
