Ordered glasses based on her Rx and everything was totally out of focus. After confirming the glasses did match her Rx, I returned them, went to another practice, and got a drastically different Rx (1.25 versus -0.25). Ordered new glasses, and I can see perfectly with them.

The building is new and the interior design is clean and friendly. All of the staff at Magic City eye pleasant, kind, and fun to talk to. My eye exam was thorough and I enjoyed Dr. Cilimberg's "bedside manner". She made some adjustments til my RX and sent me to Christie to be fitted for a new pair of glasses. Christie had already done her homework ABC's figured out exactly what my insurance would cover for frames and lenses. There's a great selection in store and thankfully they had more than enough in my price range to try on. I enjoyed the time Christie spent with me and that she was honest with the ones I tried on. She was very helpful in guiding me to find a pair I mostly liked; but she was confident that another color available online may be more fitting on me. When I returned to pick up my order, she revealed the pair we selected in the new color. It was pretty and perfect! Changing insurance can be such a headache, but finding this new practice was a win!! See y'all in a year. In the meantime, visit this team for your next eye exam and glasses selection.
