Owners are a certified installer with my awning's manufacturer and made sure the correct parts were ordered. Their installation price was much fairer than quotes from two other companies I called. Guys worked well together handling a heavy 20 foot awning. Eric and Frank showed up on time and cleaned up when done. I did have trouble when closing it after crew left and called back. Would have been a four-star, except they adjusted it the next day and awning is working better than it has in awhile. I'd recommend them for repair or install work.
