I called in asking to get a some kind of notification or confirmation of my appointment in writing to help me postpone jury duty. They talked to Dr. Miller and he said "he is not comfortable" providing anything to show that i have an appointment so i just cancel it. That was unfortunate since I was traveling to Europe the following week and really wanted to get some help for my breathing issues. I explained that when i called in but they did not care, I will not be going there for sure.

Now, the only reason why I am not giving this place 5 stars is because the receptionists are.... well, they are witches. They are cranky old ladies that complain about each other all day long. Unfortunately, you are forced to listen to them whine while you wait 45 minutes for your scheduled appointment (yes, one time I actually had to wait that long). You would think these women want to strangle each other. Every single time I go in for a shot they are going off again, about someone that isn't there and requests too much time off. Come on now, you should probably just retire. Not only that, but when you call them to ask a simple question the same cranky old lady answers. Her tone is so unprofessional, even if you try to be sweet to her. As a receptionist you are the face of the practice. You need to smile and greet people, or if you get a phone call you need to be patient and polite. Just because you are old you do not have the right to talk down to others. It took almost 4 months, a bunch of phone calls , E-mails, finally after the local blue cross insurance company call duly and informed them they need to re submit insurance claims. Finally , they submit correct insurance claim...And the insurance claim went through. I start to wonder.. Will this issue happen again next time I have my annual eye check up?

Great allergy doctor! He sees my son and talks directly to him instead of just talking about him…read moreto me. He has 2 offices, this one and one in St. Charles. I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I wanted one and the nurses are get back to you pretty quickly when you leave them a message. They have a good variety of office hours and if you have to get allergy shots, they open at 7 am twice a week for them. I would give him 5 stars, but lately we've had to wait longer than 30 minutes to see him and we usually have the first appointment after lunch!
