The individualized attention with regards to deadlines, sizing, products, and overall printing quality is unmatched. I have ordered close to 5k pieces of merchandise from Six19, and I just continue to be more impressed with them each time we do business. If you have a small, medium, or large sized order, they will take care of you. Above all, these are just really good people. They make you feel like friends, and I fell lucky to call them that. Erica is incredibly attentive, makes you feel like you are her most important client, and simply hustles to make everything perfect. I feel extremely fortunate to have found Six19, and they will ALWAYS be my go-to for a high quality product with unmatched customer service.

But, I'm also a…read morelong-time cynic, one who casts a skeptical eye to things that seem too good to be true, *even as good things are happening to me*. So it shouldn't surprise anyone that, as I researched possible t-shirt creation partners, I read every glowing review with one eye partially squinched shut. Despite all that, though, I reached out to the guys at Six19 Printing to get the lowdown on pricing, timing and to set expectations. I contacted five different companies at the same time, and the guys at Six19 were the most responsive *and* provided the best deal out of all of them. Thank you, Louis and Doug, for your patience and for the stellar product. I have to be honest when I say that those within my organization weren't exactly in love with the idea of t-shirts, but once they saw the finished product, they couldn't stop gushing. Plus, we wore the shirts to our Padres event the day after I picked them up, and ended up selling a ton on the spot - to both our partners and strangers attending the game. Stellar product, fantastic customer service, and unbeatable prices. If you're looking for a local company to help you bring your creative ideas to life, look no further than the group at Six19. We're definitely going to be using them again in the future.

He was in great communication with me until I gave him my $50 deposit through Cash app. Once I gave him my money, he stopped making contact with me and until now I am unable to get in contact with Tony to place my order and get my refund. Also, another thing to be aware of is their business hours of operation continues to fluctuate. yesterday business hours of operation was 7 PM when I contacted him at 4pm he says that the business was closed. He has this phone number set up to a Google account to monitor who is contacting him. This morning when I woke up and checked the business hours of operation it said it was 24 hours. If that doesn't say that this is scam I don't know what else does . It's unfortunate that Tony is doing business in this way and the amount of time Investment that is has taken away from me actually getting my order submitted and in process. Please be cautious.

What I love about the service is that you can pick you size, shirt style, logo design (big back/small front, small front/big back) and get to choose your city (SD, PDX, Den among others, with new cities being added all the time). They let you customize if you just want stickers or want to upgrade to a hoodie, tank top, baseball style tee. You don't get to pick what brewery they have on deck or the logo they use, but what's great is that the shirt isn't just the one you guy at the brewery, but it's a totally unique one they design together. Customer service is impeccable from e-mail response to trying to order a past run shirt that they sometimes have leftovers of. It's delivered on time, with tracking, in post consumer waste fairly environmentally responsible packaging. The write ups they do for each is also great because it really make you want to go to these new places. I get tons of compliments from people wondering where a certain brewery is and they think I'm some sort of travelling beer god when they see me with a Florida brewery shirt like I've actually been there. I've been with them for years and plan to stay with them. They eventually become gym shirts over time. Regulars of certain places are always like "I've never seen that style shirt in the tasting room". I could have easily gotten dozens of referrals, but at this point I'm not going anywhere. It's the only subscription box I am a member of.
