I'm so happy with how my graduation stole turned out! The embroidery quality is amazing and everything looks so clean and professional. He was super kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I originally chose a font that didn't look very good, and he honestly suggested a better one that ended up looking perfect. He also finished everything really fast because I needed it ASAP, which I appreciated so much. On top of that, his pricing was the best I found in San Diego. Great quality, great service, and great prices. Highly recommend if you need custom embroidery done! read more

Mr.Kay did a great job embroidering my friends and I's stoles for graduation. We got our names and majors/minors added to the stoles. He matched the thread and designs perfectly and even got the tricky accent marks on one of our names. I went to him because he was the best price I could find in the area and the quality was superb. I'm so glad Yelp steered me this direction. The location was somewhere I wouldn't have even thought of going. Anyways, I got same day service on literally the last few hours of the day. I first called to see if I carried the clothing item and they were honest that they didn't carry it. He did advise me on what to buy and what to look out for when purchasing. Once there he made my design in front of me, we double and triple checked the design and I picked up the items that evening. He even communicated with me that they were closing early. Great pricing even with the rush charge, which I have been charged way more at other places. Very happy with the products and service. Try them out! read more

When I was trying to find a personalized and touching gift for a really close friend whose mom had passed from breast cancer, I found KOS Design through the internet. Not only did he take my request right away, he did great work! He was super fair about the price, and he even help pick the lettering design with the red heart over the "i." When I gave my friend the gift, she cried because she said it was the most precious gift she ever received... She said the loving and warm sweater, embroidered with her mom's name in her favorite yellow color, will remind her of her mom's loving and warm hugs whenever she wears it! He's definitely worth visiting and the price is just right! I actually felt like I was underpaying for his services! Thank you so much! I came in because the other place I was going to go to was closed. The reviews looked pretty good and the pics looked good but you just never know these days. I showed him what I wanted and I asked how much and I was very surprised at the price. I don't usually get stuff embroidered so I didn't know how much it would be but it was pretty affordable. The guy wasn't really a talker but that's fine because my hat was excellent!!!!!!!!! I'm glad he was open on a Sunday and I'll definitely be back!!!!!! read more

Top notch service! This review is long over due but better late than never. I was in a huge time crunch trying to find a company to embroider a dad hat for a Christmas present in time for a gift exchange. I called around and the first couple spots said their turnaround time was 2 weeks out... crazy times! Came across KOS design's Yelp and asked about the turnaround time to embroider a hat and got a response almost instantly. Told him my hat I order through Amazon was delayed and he happened to have the perfect dad hat in stock. Went down to his shop, put in my order and the hat was ready in 2 DAYS!! The embroidery was perfect and great quality. Best customer service hands down!! read more

Came here to get a sweater embroidered for my boyfriend. I originally wanted it on the end of sleeve but it was too small for the machine which I understood. They asked for what you wanted and what font, color, all that stuff. Mine was small and it was done in about 30 minutes. Came out perfect! Price for this was $11! The place is in the middle of a store but otherwise easy to find. read more

Came in last week to purchase a black fitted baseball cap. I met with Mr K to get a new hat made. There were a total of 9 letters (five for first word and under that 4 more letters) and Skunk'd Fishing making it 14 letters in the back. Total cost $24.00 minus some change. You do need to pay up front and I totally understand why. My man enjoyed his hat so much I snuck back up today to get him a dark gray with florescent orange writing. The hats were done in 24 hours. Thanks Mr K for being professional, timely, and doing great work! read more

I Went to KOS design today and couldn't be happier. I went in with my own hat, anxious if he didn't want to do. I told him what I wanted and asked if how long it would take, seeing the projects he was working on behind him. He said I could wait, and it only took 10 minutes. Easy place to find and a smooth transaction. I definitely recommend anyone to come here and will come back here myself. read more
