The first time, he did my two hate in about 30 mins just before he closed, which went by fast walking around the market. They turned out amazing. Definitely earned the tip. 7/14/18 the store is located inside Fam Mart, specifically the middle area. They have a giant vertical white banner with black font KOS DESIGNS - it was a bit hard to find but well worth the trek thanks to my Yelpers who tipped off the exact location. I came all the way from Mission Valley bc I read all the ridiculous, overwhelmingly positive reviews! We brought a scarf, hoping to get our friend's initials embroidered on it. To our surprise, the owner told us that it was 100% silk, and the chances of it running were extremely high. After lots of disclaimers (which was very professional and gracious of him), I insisted on rolling the dice to go thru with it. The product came out perfectly! And the prices are super inexpensive! Not to mention how quickly he can get it done! Since I only had one product, he was able to help me right away but I'm sure if I had a larger order, they might not have been able to get to it right away (which is understandable). Throughout my brief time here, we exchanged lots of laughter, jokes and smiles. He was such a pleasure to work with and the end product was great. I needed embroidery done on some cotton pajamas and needed them done quickly. I called KOS and got a great quote over the phone and was told he could do them the same day. PERFECT! KOS is inside a store called Fam Mart Discount Store, right now its under construction and when I pulled up to the building I assumed the nav had it wrong. I did a few laps and then decided to call KOS. He was so helpful and pointed me in the right direction, no problem. (Its the door on the left of the building under construction and his shop is in the far back left corner). In fact, he was waiting for me at the front door of the shopping center when I arrived, which was just great! When I got to his shop I asked him if I could change the words I was having embroidered (I'm indecisive!) and when I looked on his screen I saw he already had my original request ready to go from when I called (again GREAT service) but he assured me it was no problem to change it and did so quickly. AWESOME. Then, he told me he could do it while I wait. I was so grateful since I don't live close to here at all. He got the whole thing done in under 10 for $10 and it looked awesome! I just stopped by here to see how much it would be to get a hat embroidered with four letters GUAM. Before I stopped at Kos Design I stopped at another place in FAM mart that was trying to charge me $38 for the same design but when I asked to see a sample of the lettering the girl said she couldn't show me a sample because the computer was behind the counter. She also told me it would take 2 business days to complete. As I was leaving I seen Kos Design and decided to check how much it would cost there. Not only was K way nicer than the last person he only charged me $14 dollars and the hat was finished in 10 mins while I shopped around. If you need to embroider anything, I 200% recommend coming to KOS Design. Don't even hesitate. I was looking for an embroidery place to embroider about 15 jackets for my org, which included our logo design on the back and the name and position on the front left chest. I was deciding between a few places but I am more than happy that I decided to go with KOS. Not only was Mr. K very nice, the embroidery came out perfect - exactly as I wanted it, and he finished it way before the "deadline" we planned for, and best of all, you can't beat the price anywhere else. He was very honest when I showed him two design options and told me which one would be cheaper to produce, and gave me a quote right away that is way better than anywhere else and even lowered it after I came in person. He was very thorough with the details and got all the names and sizes right. I am very satisfied with the end result (although won't upload photos as they're for my org) and Mr. K definitely deserves your business. :) Just a heads up that the store is located inside the "FAM MART." This place does such awesome work! I love how my jacket turned out! I wanted a floral design done on a jean jacket and it's so beautiful. However, this part of town is not safe! When I went to pick up my item some idiot keyed my car!!!! The entire passenger side of my car was just keyed, when I literally ran in for 5 minutes to pick this up.
