He continuously worked with us for the following 6 months helping provide any information pictures, etc. so we can make a claim to get our roof covered. I submitted them as my preferred roofer of choice to fix the issue. Once everything was settled with the manufacturer, we were able to move forward with a new roof with Firefighter. They were professional, on time, skilled laborers, and did a beautiful job redoing everything. We had a couple of hiccups, they remedied everything quickly without hesitation. With the barrage of storms from last week, and this week, we sustained roofing issues, leaky ceilings, and a fireplace vent pipe cap that flew off our rooftop. I contacted Mike this past Monday, and he promptly reached out to me within minutes. I contacted two other roofing companies during the weekend, and none of them have yet to contact me. Mike was able to visit my home yesterday afternoon during the down pour and he was able to assess the root cause of our roofing issues and leak to our entry foyer. Due to yesterday's rain, it was unsafe to fix the items and decided to wait until the following the day until the weather cleared up. Mike and Aiden were able to successfully cover-up a 1.5 inch gap between the bricks and window form board with mortar. Heavy wind and rain gushed in between this opening causing my foyer ceiling and drywall to leak, crack, and peel. In addition, they hammered down a protruding rusted nail in one of our shingles, near the window, and properly sealed it. Lastly, Mike and Aiden were able to successfully affix and place the vent pipe cap on our rooftop which had flown off during the initial storm last week. I HIGHLY and IMMENSELY RECOMMEND Mike and his entire team at Zeus Exteriors!!! From their expert knowledge, craftsmanship, amazing customer service, and over 2 decades of experience, they will always be our go-to roofing company, and will continue to recommend them to all my family members, neighbors, friends, and colleagues.

It's like they have a roofing contractor script because most of the companies I looked at told me the same questionable story about getting my roof replaced. I don't know anything about roofing but some of the things I was told couldn't have been correct. I got a total of 5 bids and 3 of those I completely did not trust. Lots of weird games going on as I was getting bids. Marc at Peak was hands down the best to deal with. I actually feel bad because he was the fourth person I got a bid from and I was very guarded and skeptical. Marc was extremely straightforward and in my opinion very honest. He made it very easy. So easy I kept wondering what the catch was going to be. There wasn't one. The range in bid prices was stunning. Even with the same brand of shingles. Peak Roofing's price came in towards the lower end of the bid range so I felt I got good service and quality at a fair price.
