Everything about this place was incredible. Over a year later and we still receive compliments. Vanessa was the best. She answered all of my questions (including my crazy bride questions) within MINUTES of emailing her. She even provided her personal cell number in order to keep my nerves at bay as we got closer. She was there throughout my day coordinating everything but was never in the way and was definitely "behind the scenes". She deserves a LOT of credit for how flawless my wedding was. Hidden Hollow also provided linens, tables and chairs, and SO many decorations. We saved thousands by using their supplies. They have kept things that previous brides have left which is a huge help. The dressing rooms they provide were incredible. A lot of room, the ability to go outside without anyone seeing you, and beautifully decorated for perfect "getting ready" pictures. Honestly, I still to this day am shocked for how much we got and how little we spent. We live on the south side of Indianapolis and I can pretty much guarantee you will NOT get half of what Hidden Hollow offers for anywhere near their price in Indianapolis. However, the day before the event, he claims to have a medical emergency and sends a text saying he cannot attend. Why medical emergencies can occur a refund should be issued immediately. Instead, he forces his client to take legal action to recover their money, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse he uses multiple names and addresses making it difficult to track him down another clear red flag. He continues to book events and boast about them, but the real question is how many events does he actually fulfill? If your looking for a DJ (or in his case a SCAMMER) who books your event, cancels via text night before, refuses to refund your deposit, and forces you to track him down and pursuit legal action to recover your money then this is the scammer for you! Admission and parking are free. Young bulls were being judged in the arena when we arrived on day 4 of the Fair. There's a salt-of-the-earth feel to the show. Two buildings held judged prepared food items, home arts, 4-H poster exhibits and more. There were photos of homemade pies that made me wish I had been a judge. The barns were filled with cows, swine, chickens and other farm animals, each anxious to capture the coveted grand champion ribbon. Owners were proudly grooming their cows. Of course, there's fair food. About a dozen local food trucks filled the parking lot selling elephant ears, smash burgers, Hawaiian ice and more. The 4-H was selling rib eyes and hamburgers in the Beef food stand. We had a hamburger dinner (came with two sides and a beverage) for $9. An artisan was demonstrating wood carving near an entrance. I didn't see kitschy carnival rides. The walkways are not paved, so wheel chair access may be challenging in some areas. This fair offers a classic taste of Indiana.

Unlike other rest stops, there is only one main parking area (not separate for trucks and cars) with multiple smaller building for bathrooms and vending. The bathrooms are modern, with clean private stalls (4 in the building I went in: 3 uni-sex and one exclusively for women), with another building with more restrooms. It's definitely utilitarian for sure, with no visitor info or other non-essentials for truckers. But there are plenty of large parking spots, all with easy access off/on the highway.
