The fuel injection pump on my 1984 Case 580c backhoe failed and needed to be replaced. After…read morepurchasing a replacement pump and looking over the service manual, I decided that the odds of me successfully replacing the pump weren't very good. Living in Browns Valley (a somewhat remote area of Yuba County), it's not always easy to find a mobile mechanic. Fortunately, I found OnSite Diesel Solution out of Loma Rica and gave them a call. They answered right away and said they could come out in a couple of hours to inspect my backhoe and provide an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, and they were out first thing the next morning to start the repairs. If you happen to have newer equipment, they can plug a computer into the service port on your equipment to perform diagnostic. I am very happy with their work and plan to have them come out during the winter to rebuild two of my hydraulic cylinders that are starting to leak. I highly recommend OnSite Diesel Solutions. They are honest, fair, and affordable.

We had new parts to order because a was paying for a maintenance service and whatever new parts I needed to get the mower working. I called Friday, no answer I called Saturday no answer then i messaged the business thru the Yelp app and got a response to pick up lower at 1:00. I showed up at 130 and he was still working on it.. he told me he didn't order any new parts and he replaced my blades with better used blades. Changed oil and air filter. That was it. The mower started right up. But when I got it home it wouldn't start. I message the business back and they told me to bring it back tomorrow. They will be there all day. I showed up today to bring the mower back. And the business was closed. Mind you I have a one way 25 minute drive to get to the business and for no one to be there very unprofessional. And it costs me my time and effort. I was carded $80 for the fixes that did work out. And I gave the guy a $20 tip cause I'm trying to build relationships. Im sure I'll need my mower to be serviced again. So I tip. I tried called and messaging but no one is responding. Im not please at all with the service and the run around
