I encountered a very aggresive , unpolite and racist old lady that gave the this disdainfull look who claimed they had never recieved the pictures, after my insistence she called on other person and then he said he had received them n for me to wait until the following week in order to get a quote! not buying from them , no respect for the customers, unfriendly,unpolite!.

When I explained the situation to the owner, he could've cared less. He was rude and could not have cared less. Didn't even offer an apology. In the meantime, my property set with no windows in it, subject to vandalism and whatever else the fine town of Marion had offer. The customer service is absolutely horrible from the owner. I was amazed at the terrible attitude. Very unbecoming of a professional. Then when I got the glass, one window was a half inch too short. I didn't even bothered to go back. Instead, I'll drive 20 miles to Carterville. I've never been there, but they cannot be any worse than Marion Glass.‍ the worst.

I push back on it and let him know that I'm already unhappy with the lack of communication and he tells me that he's "not arguing with me." Well that really sent me over the edge because I wasn't arguing at that point, but I sure was after that. I went to Marion Glass and they were so professional, way cheaper, and super effective. Do yourself a favor, go to LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

One guy explained that he hadn't called, because he didn't have a piece of glass big enough. "I sure wish you had answered the phone before I drove over here," I commented (as the phone rang unanswered). "Oh yeah - I'm not sure where the secretary is" was his comment. I drove to the "right" competitor to "do it" in Murphysboro, and they cut the glass on the spot for about 2/3rds the price I was promised by the "Glass Doctor of Carterville." I won't call this place again.

However, they put the glass mounts in the wrong location, and never offered to correct it or give me a price break. Worse, they failed to caulk half of the bottom of the shower, so upon finally getting to use my new shower, water leaked out the bottom. When I called them, they offered to come out in 2 weeks to look at it. I had already paid, so they should have come out immediately to fix their mistake. We ended up caulking it ourselves, which we should not have had to do!
