I love fitness and I've been working out for the better part of my life, so I speak from a place of experience when I say this is a KILLER workout. The trainers are fun and fit, Ed is great, and if you want to, you'll push your limits and get in great shape. I can already see that my cardio has improved after only a few weeks. And, not for nothing, I also usually do Crossfit classes. But today, Ed tailored the workout to use heavy weights and I probably got a better lifting workout in than I would have if I'd gone to a Crossfit class. Give this place a try. He's confident and using the different techniques throughout his day. Mr. Diego, Ms. Fatima and Mr. Tristan are just amazing! I've sat during the classes and they are so patient yet push each student to their own abilities. I cannot recommend this enough!! As for COVID, they are very good about cleaning hands, temp. checks, and keeping the kids separate during class, all while wearing masks. Yelp got a long History in many State through Class Action Lawsuit, in which different courts agreed that Yelp had the right to manipulate reviews, and its advertising tactics were a form of "hard bargaining" -- not extortion. So John S... is all fake. I know Chet for the last 15 years, as well as everyone at the Center. I have received all my martial arts educations and studies to improve my PTSD.
