It was annoying but not a big deal until I realized that I can no longer start my car with the remote start because my car is registering a key inside the ignition. When I called them ( a month later cause I hadn't needed to use my remote start ) he told me it's an old car and it was nothing they had done. Yet the beeping started the day he made my key. So moral of the story is you get what you pay for .He would not take responsibility for it. Just told me my cars old. When you call in, you're going to talk to Kathy. She runs the office, and her husband Alex is the locksmith. They both know a LOT about locks, and it shows. We've used them for a couple different types of projects, and they aren't just on top of it and capable, but they're also honest. They've saved me money a couple of times when they could've charged more, and offered some great advice that kept us from needing a service call as well. Alex has replaced regular locks for us, installed keypad locks, and even basically built a brand new cylinder lock for an old garage of a type that no one uses any more. I'm worried that when he retires, we'll have to replace the whole door, but hopefully he'll be around for many years to come. I don't know if you have a ton of options when it comes to locksmiths in Hamilton County, but I do know I've worked with plenty of them in many counties, and these are the best ones I've ever come across.
