I continued to experience significant symptoms, which could have easily been avoided. By the time he begrudgingly ordered this simple, warranted test, I had lost 25 lb. in less than one month, including 10 lbs. in under 7 days. He was not concerned that this significant weight loss validated ordering this test. No surprise my test came back positive for a parasitic infection, that when treated with an antibiotic, prescribed by a different physician who was attentive to my care, the symptoms began to resolve in a matter of a few days. Additionally, Dr. Arias- Vera, did not return phone calls for three days, I had to track him down, and literally beg to have him order the parasite test. He still said this test is a waste of time. I had no confidence that Dr. Arias would have ordered the test, even if I lost more weight.

Haha He didn't push vaccines on me at all and addressed absolutely everything on my list and more. I know now I can call his office if anything comes up. Speaking of the office, everybody I encountered was super friendly. Yeah for me- I like my primary care doc!

I just knew that was going to happen!! Dr Vinita went back and told them to cancel it after I told her that she was not a good fit for me and told her I would not be returning to see her. Why? That is just straight up vengeful. She had ordered an ultrasound on my uterus (a very violating procedure I never wanna have to repeat) which I had done and then she never gave me the results or a follow up of any kind. (Again, she also has not one computer in her office. She would have gotten the paper report.) That was 6 months ago. Now I have to get it done again because I finally was able to find the report online they found a cyst and it was so long ago they have to repeat the procedure! Something which I am dreading. And all thanks to this wonderful doctor that some of these people are giving rave reviews for. I have never in my life had such a nasty vindictive doctor in my life. I'm seeing reviews from patients who have experienced HIPAA violations, and billing violations. If you have experienced these things, please report this couple to be to the California state medical board! I don't know if they're legally allowed to do everything on paper and have no computers in the office, but this is something I would like to report I just don't know where.
