He spent an enormous amount of time with me, very thoughtful and thorough. He was easy to talk to. Honestly I was a bit surprised I liked him so much. Haha He didn't push vaccines on me at all and addressed absolutely everything on my list and more. I know now I can call his office if anything comes up. Speaking of the office, everybody I encountered was super friendly. Yeah for me- I like my primary care doc!

She ended up ordering the wrong one that my insurance didn't cover. Instead of the office taking care of it with my insurance, the front office manager insisted I had to call LabCorp and deal with it with my insurance on my own. She is extremely rude by the way. Even my insurance company apologized on their behalf stating they should have been the ones to contact insurance because how would I know what questions to ask, I'm just the patient. The insurance company put me on hold while they called the office directly and told the office manager that they needed to handle, and it's not on the patient. Basically after a lot of back and forth the office said there was nothing they can do. Didn't try to order the correct test, didn't try to work with the insurance company. Nothing. Also the doctors office is a renovated house. The doors to the rooms have huge gaps and everyone can hear your business.
