I called to reschedule my appointment from the 7th and the appointments that I had scheduled the following week for the week of the 18th and the 25th every Tuesday and Thursday. Fast forward I had to reschedule my flight from the 17th to the 19th of December due to the same family emergency and completely forgot to call on Monday to reschedule my appointment on the 19th. I admit it was the last thing on my mind and only remembered mid flight on Tuesday. Today I was running late for my appointment but on my way when I realized I was not going to make it by 8.15. I called at 8.09 saying that I was running late but most likely not going to make it in 4 minutes. I was more than happy to forgo the 15/20 mts that I was late if they would still have me or I could come in later. No one picked up and I left a voice mail message. Get a message a couple of minutes later saying all my appointments were cancelled and had to call on the day for Availability. I called again and explained that I just tried to call to let them know I was running late but on my way and that I left a voicemail message and I was faced with a rude front of house staff that insinuated that he was there all morning and didn't get any phone call or voice mail message and proceeded to tell me I had a cancellation on the 7th (I rescheduled didn't cancel) and a no show on the 19th and today that's why all appointments were canceled and proceeded to give me attitude when I tried to explain what the situation was, which only left me more aggravated and frustrated than I already was. My deductible has been met this year and all my appointments are fully covered so I was trying to do my best to still make it to my appointments since next year I will have to pay for these sessions . The arrogance and attitude that I got this morning made me want to forgo all my appointments. I will find another clinic next year, for my PT and will gladly pay. Bare in mind that I'm a returning patient that has been to the clinic before without any issues. This is not a reflection on my therapist that was wonderful but a sad consequence of a misunderstanding and how poor customer service impacts patients.

Nick was able to quickly pinpoint the exact exercises I needed to fix it. His knowledge, feedback, and communication were excellent and crucial to helping me get back to form. My shoulder felt significantly better after a few days, and has continued to improve week over week. I did not have good health insurance and was looking for somebody that didn't immediately suggest that I go in for image-work and surgery. Nick came highly recommended and I'm so very happy that I went to meet with him. From the very first interaction, Nick was always friendly and professional. His attention to detail and methodology leaves me with no doubt that Nick is an expert in the field and lets me feel at ease. Nick made sure I was comfortable yet challenged to guarantee that my performance would suffer minimally from a serious injury. And to be honest, my shoulder is probably stronger than before the injury. As a competitive athlete, being able to return to play in top form is absolutely imperative. Nick gave me realistic expectations and a timeline to go along with my rehab work. I've had several unrelated serious injuries before so recovery isn't something I'm new to. Any time I had a question, Nick was always helpful and responsive - even taking time during his vacation to help me out. Nick's passion towards helping his patients in the best ways possible put me at ease and let me feel like my performance goals were being treated as a top priority. I'm happy to recommend Nick to anyone that is serious about getting back into top form from injury.

After my first session with Katrina, my only question was: How can something so seemingly simple…read moreand non-invasive is not as mainstream as physical therapy, pain clinics, and chiropractors? 5 years ago, I injured my back doing CrossFit. I went from being a trail runner, cyclist, swimmer to a basically sedentary lifestyle. I have tried all of the possible treatments: injections in my spine for pain/inflammation, physical therapy fora bout a year, different treatments offered at pain clinic, chiropractors - nothing provided any amount of relief. I had reached the baffling and embarrassing stage of having to lay down to put my shows on. Fast forward until a few weeks ago; a wrong move, excruciating pain, and it was close to impossible to walk. Katrina made it ALL go away after an hour. One single hour is all it took to move my hip back where it belonged, and magically that back pain I've had for years was gone. Naturally, before the session, I was highly skeptical. How can I not? After all, I had done all of the mainstream treatments, short of having surgery. It's all biomechanics. It's about understanding how every muscle, ligaments, tendons, bones all work together. If one set of muscles is disengaged, it starts a chain of events, resulting in pain. It's about finding the exact root cause of the pain, and guiding the body to re-align itself. Katerina will evaluate your posture, how you walk, how you stand, and guide you through a series of motion exercises to begin correcting what needs to be addressed, and soon you will be on your way to a more aligned body without pain. Equally important, Katrina is a real pleasure to work with. She understands what it means to be in pain. I didn't have to try and convince her I was miserably handicapped ~ she gets it. (A welcome from my experience with many doctors and chiropractors). The first session is free. iIF you are skeptical like I was, just go for it. You have nothing to lose, quite the opposite.
