The best part of this place is the food is always hot and fresh made to order. Nothing is sitting waiting for you. My only complaint is that all the food is salty. Absolutely superb.... Decided to have pizza today and try a local restaurant near my sister's house. This was the best decision I made today. This pizza place is in the plaza right by Wal-Mart and Wendy's. It as a little hard to find since Yelp had the wrong directions so it would be better to type in the GPS since it first took us to some sketchy place. But when I went I got my pizza they were SUPER friendly and you even got a drink with it. The price for the size of pizza we got was amazing only $8 for a 10" pizza. If I could give 0 stars I would. This black owned business does not respect the consumer or our black dollar. They lost my business 5 yrs ago because of mistake that they made with my order and refused to fix it. The same thing happened today while using their app. I called to see if my order can be fixed and was offered a discount on additional food, which meant that I would have to pay more money in order for them to fix it. I used to brag on the customer service they had and the opportunity they were giving to the young people in the community. However, customer service has declined with some of the workers having the disposition that they are doing you a favor. Most recently I was very disappointed when I went in to get a salad. I called it in and it still took an hour. I was promised a credit on my account and never got it. Called and did not get a return phone call; Saw the younger owner in the store and he got my phone number and still did not call me back. They have lost a loyal customer of several years. Hope they get it together soon or they will be out of business. 4/22/19 I attempted to give them another chance. Big mistake I called and was placed on hold for three minutes and then got hung up on. Extremely affordable pizza does the job, type of pizza you order for the family, or a big group for a fair price, perfect for a bunch of stoners as well. The pizza is a thin classic crust, somewhat lightweight compared to carrying large pizzas from other chains. I wouldn't consider it super duper high quality, I could put it along side little ceasers but slightly better. The menu choices are endless so that is a plus but can be overwhelming with so many items and combos to choose from. The service is great, laid back, the girl cashier was very nice and helpful a sweet ol lady in the back working along, looks family orientated. DaVIDO's was a pleasant surprise. I came in on Friday afternoon with my boyfriend and his parents on the way to a wedding near Stone Mountain. We were hungry, didn't know the area, and happened to pull into the shopping center and see the sign for pizza. We walked in, saw the first thing on the menu (Family special -- comes with 20 wings, cheesy bread, 3 topping large pizza and a 2 liter for around $20) and ordered. Our waitress was really friendly and helpful. My boyfriend's dad is a cook himself and noticed while heading to the bathroom that the kitchen looked really clean and like a great setup. What's really important though? The food was great! And CHEAP! and honestly the family special was way too much food for the 4 of us so we took some to go for post-wedding snacks. I had ate this on yesterday (Friday) . I had the wing and pizza combo. And OMG! It was soooo good! The wings tasted like old time Lemon pepper. The way they used to be. And the pizza was crisp everything was just cooked to perfection! I'm not a big eater so I saved some for the next day....now you know when you worm thing up it not that good.
