From the moment we met her, we could see that we were in the hands of a compassionate, competent, and confident professional. Laura listened to us and helped us forge a path that met our needs and the market's parameters. She helped us present our property in the best possible light and to the best possible market. Together, we determined the price, the best time to sell, the best way to structure the listing, and the most effective way to stage it. We assumed that it would take up to or even over a year to find the perfect buyer, but we had a viable offer within three months. Laura was unfailingly supportive, kind, and available. When we asked ourselves recently if there was anything that could have gone better, we couldn't find anything we would have changed.

I am thrilled I have finally found a realtor who is so detail oriented, timely and passionate about customer satisfaction. FIVE STARS!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Janice Macek of The Property Source on two residential…read moresells and two residential purchases over the past 12 years. Janice has an INCREDIBLE talent for design staging and both times my homes sold within days of being listed. This time, in only five days. Not only is she incredibly gifted in the design talent, she is even more so, patient. I am a very difficult buyer because I don't care for change. Realizing it is usually for the best; it is not a comfort level I may feel is. Janice has a way in making one see what is good and what needs improvement in a property or in my own heart/mind. Janice also knows when a home that is on the market is going to move quickly. That was especially obvious this time, due to the one I let get away by only hours. Janice will not steer you to what she feels is best, but to what you want, even if it is perhaps the wrong property, she is willing to take the time to show it to you so that the buyer can make their own decision. As usual, she is always right in the selection process because we ended up with what was the best for us without pressure and showing it to us numerous times. Only then does she say, this was the home I felt was best. We are grateful beyond words at how she was able to coordinate timings of closings to make transactions seamless. Her recommendations for movers, inspectors, the loan officer I have used on several occasions and title company, are all first rate in their fields. It is without hesitation I recommend Janice Macek of The Property Source for your real estate needs. She has her client's best interest at heart and goes far beyond what is expected of a professional in the field of real estate. There are no words significant enough to thank her for everything she has done for us/me. Absolutely, a "Top Ten" rated Realtor and the best!
