She then did a neat trim in the style I like, and walked with me to the product I was looking for but had missed (Light Elements, which I use for hair and skin). I went here every month for about 5 or so months. I started with the same stylist. Then one month…read morethe front desk called with a bunch of confusion and wanting me to move my appointment something about the stylist and I said no that's the only day I can come in. So I saw a different stylist. Consistently each month my hair color was correct and it was the same and I came from another salon with my formula so it was all written down. The second stylist did a good job and did the correct root color she also did highlights so it was an expensive visit so I become more blonde with the highlights. I schedule with the original stylist for the following color appointment and then two days ahead of time the front desk called with the same type of confusion about the appointments and I said You know what just change to the second stylist I've used I'll stick with her from now on because my life and my schedule is not congruent to these monthly confusions and changes being made to my appointments from this one stylist. So yesterday I went for my routine hair color with the second stylist who had done my root color the month before and it was the right color no problem because they have the formula in their computer. However the root color I ended up with was so dark so ashy, so gray looking so gross it looks like mud on my hair and of course it's ruined and the highlights I paid for last month as well are RUINED. I asked the second stylist if anyone can go into the computer and tweak someone's formula and she said yes and I said well since you did my color last month and it was perfect this month you did the same formula out of the computer( you say )and it's totally wrong not even in the ballpark then obviously someone has sabotaged it or you made a mistake. She assured me she didn't make a mistake. She assured me she followed what the computer said. Leaving me to assess that my hair was sabotaged yesterday. I SPOKE TO THE ORIGINAL STYLIST YESTERDAY WHO KEPT F****** UP MY SCHEDULE AND WHO I SWITCHED FROM AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT BUT SHE KEPT STARING AT MY COLOR ON MY HAIR WITH A SMIRK ON HER FACE AND THAT'S WHEN I WENT INTO THE BATHROOM INTO THE LIGHT IN THE BATHROOM LOOKED IN THE MIRROR AND I KNEW THE COLOR WAS WRONG AND WAY TOO DARK. I BELIEVE SHE SABOTAGED IT IN THE COMPUTER I HAVE TO BELIEVE THAT It's so embarrassing and so gross I can't even go out in public without a hat on today. I've reached out multiple times through the front desk to leave a message for the owner to contact me before I started leaving reviews without any contact in return so I'm not sure that the message is getting relayed I'm turning now to social media and to reviews to try to have this result before I seek legal restitution. I'm out about $600 at this point and my hair is f***** up so bad I can't even go in public without a hat and William edge the owner will not contact me back. It's the most bizarre situation. I don't understand how these things are ALLOWED at professional hair salons without accountability.

Imagine my surprise when the man on the phone said if I could be there at 3:30, they could fit me in. I arrived on time, the space is fabulous and historic. Colleen introduced herself and she has the cutest lil MS accent. She has a terrific personality and made me feel right at home. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SALON WITH UNTRAINED STAFF…read more It is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable for a business to hold its clients to a rigid standard while failing to offer even a baseline level of professional courtesy in return. Turning a child away at the door due to being ill-equipped and ill-prepared is something no parent should have to navigate. Our stylist Dani K. canceled on us twice in a row then called us with an attitude and she's a manager. Our next stylist, Sarah M. honestly expressed that she didn't even know how to do our daughter's hair after Audrey at the front desk assured us that we would not be canceled or rescheduled on again. Well guess what? We were rescheduled on again, for a third time. If I were to cancel my appointment without a 24-hour notice, this salon would eagerly enforce their strict cancellation policy and charge me without a second thought. Yet, they apparently feel completely justified in waiting until the exact moment my daughter and I walk through their doors to cancel on us. Their excuse for the third reschedule? They suddenly realized they were ill-prepared to do my daughter's hair. A professional establishment knows the capabilities of its stylists and communicates appropriately during the booking process. Waiting until we arrive to turn a child away is not only cowardly and blatantly unprofessional, but it also feels incredibly targeted. Do not spend your money at a business that demands your respect but refuses to treat you or your family with basic human dignity. Our daughter missed three days of summer camp because of this place. Run away from this salon as fast as you can and DO NOT LOOK BACK
