They refused to fix it. One of my family members recommended Advanced Family Dentistry. Not only was I told they were warm and courteous, but they also had late afternoon appointments available. I changed dentists post-haste. Dr. Arazi, Dr. Taler, and the employees who work at Advanced Family Dentistry are all consummate professionals. Their customer service is outstanding, and they seem to be extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Certainly, the plethora of certificates on the walls speak to this. I see them even though they are not in my dental insurance network. I may pay more, but I have peace of mind that I am in good hands. I just can't say enough good about them. HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.

He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! I also do not have all the words I need to express my gratitude for every person I had any type of contact with! Everyone was so personable and treated me with great respect! He did not believe there was fluid built up infectedin the roof of my mouth. He would not refer me or perform oral surgery in which case I had to have 2 surgeries and it was confirmed that my bone was necrotized. Doctors these days lack creative and critical thinking. Michael Edwards mocked me and and had to come back in and apologize for being insensitive. Terrible horrible experience. Do not reccomend and will spend my life letting people know of my experience.

This dentist is NOT military friendly. He said every single one of my back teeth had decay and that…read moreone needed a crown. I asked him to show where that was on the X-ray and he pointed to the photo they had taken of the tooth. I'm not sure how visually looking at a tooth shows that there is a cavity so severe it would need a crown. I didn't see anything on the X-ray. He also said he would redo the filling on the tooth next to my implant because it wasn't touching the implant. It does allow food to be trapped, however, I would much rather deal with the food than risk drilling into an otherwise perfectly fine tooth. I just had 3 fillings redone 1 year ago at the recommendation of another dentist now 1 year later, literally every filling in my mouth needs replaced according to this dentist? He then marked my paperwork that I need to give to my Reserve unit as a Class 3 which is non-deployable. I was like you need to change this, none of this is severe enough to keep me from deploying. And the receptionist said well we can't lie... as though she would be arrested for saying I was a Class 2 instead of a Class 3 which is all subjective anyway. Now I have to go to another dentist that I really only stopped going to because of location and pay $50 out of pocket to have him evaluate and fill out the paper for my Reserve unit. Plus, Simply Dental charged me $20 to email the xrays to another dentist. I didn't even get work done there and now I'm out $70. The other dentist I went to said I had 2 fillings that were just starting to break down. But Simply Dental said I had such a severe issue I was going to get a crown. Dentists don't make money from cleanings.

Every contact I had with the receptionists was amazing. They were very friendly and never made you feel like they were in a hurry and answered every question I had in a calm and enthusiastic manner. The best part of the experience was that Dr. Burns himself called me several hours later to check on me and see if I had any questions. That is great patient care!

We went in thinking we would only get a consultation and to our surprise they looked at the tooth, took an extra, explained in detail what was going on in my daughter's mouth and set her up to have that painful tooth extracted that day. I think the whole ordeal last less then 3 hours from our time there to the time we left. I loved how detailed their explanation was. The doctor was excellent and so was the dental hygienist that worked with him...she was excellent. I would love to go back to them to get the rest of her wisdom teeth extracted but the new dentist wouldn't give us a referral.

I cracked a tooth and am in pain, and he scheduled the surgery even though he is booked solid for the next two weeks. IOMSA has a very large office staff and I have been treated exceptionally well by all of them. Professional, cheery, helpful, etc. I've changed insurance and they are out of network, but I am paying the full price because I will go to no where else.
