I, and three of my family members, have been using Dr. Jones as our dentist for over 10-years. I brushed aside things that bothered me (I'm a creature of habit) and continue seeing Dr. Jones against my better judgment. Final straw came when I took one of my family members for a second opinion only to confirm my worst fears, the filling Dr. Jones did was of poor quality and causing more damage to the tooth because of it. After being with the same dentist for many years I felt that I wasn't getting the proper care of late so when I was having sensitivity on a tooth I asked my perio for a referral and I cannot say how fortunate I was to be referred to Dr Jones. I went to Dr Jones fearing the worst and as soon as he looked in my mouth he said "your tooth is literally cracked in half" He could have suggested an implant which is quite expensive but instead recommended a crown pointing out that the outcome would be the same either way and with the tooth being in the back he suggested going with the crown. This dentist is amazing he knew I was anxious and I am sure he sensed I would have done or paid anything to be out of pain and he didn't capitalize on that. My temporary crown was put in within minutes and my permanent was ready in less than a week. It looks great and feels perfect. This is the best dentist out there. I can also say the same about his staff, especially Erica who has always done my cleaning and Paulina, the receptionist. They treat me as if I am family; very attentive and patient, and address any questions and concerns without making you, the patient, feel rushed. It is a relaxing environment.
