From the minute you walk into the office you can tell the operation is top notch. The waiting room is well kept, clean and modern. There is cold bottled water, flat screen TVs and comfortable chairs (and magazines that don't date back years). The receptionist and the rest of the staff are pleasant and helpful. This is just a foreshadowing of the experience in the dental chair, which is surprisingly comfortable, calm and relaxing. The investment in the office shows and manifests in the experience. And that is only appropriate because Dr. Jones is probably the best dentist I've experienced. He has a wonderful bed side manner that is only eclipsed by his dental skills. He is gentle but precise and accomplishes his work efficiently, cleanly and with as little pain as possible. I cracked a few crowns and he made sure to see me quickly on a Saturday morning which was great since I live in the city (yes I travel from the City to see Dr. Jones). What surprised me most was how incredible the temporaries he made for me were. He was able to match the color of my actual crowns, and I mean really match. He told me he had invested in a state of the art temp machine, which does not surprise me given how great everything else was. The temps were comfortable and for the first time ever, I could have actually lived with the temps for months. Well, that was no necessary since my permanents were ready very quickly and they looked and fit great. Dr. Jones runs an A+ operation and (perhaps to my disadvantage since he may book up!) I have had the excellent fortune of having Dr. David T. Jones as my dentist for the last 6 years or so. He was referred to me by a Doctor that I trust very much and has taken care of my teeth ever since. I have had various issues through the years including crowns, fillings, bridges, extractions, implants, etc. and I have always felt that Dr. Jones is very talented, smart and professional. When you have a dental issue, he thoughtfully determines the best course of action with you. He always explains, in detail, the work that he is going to perform and he constantly checks in during the procedure to make sure that you are ok. He has a very good "Dentist Touch" and his work has been pain free. Dr. Jones is trained in the latest dental technology and I trust his work and advice completely. Dr. Jones's office, staff and Hygienists are very pleasant and well organized. Making an appointment is simple and they are always very accommodating. Dr. Jones has always been very accessible during emergencies. The office is also very good at dealing with your insurance company and they explain to you exactly what is covered in a clear and timely manner. I've been seeing Dr. Jones for a bunch of years now. All my visits have been nothing but wonderful. Besides the fact that Dr. Jones is an extremely competent and skilled dentist (I can tell you that because I have referred a bunch of friends/family to him who all had different dental issues, some mild and some serious and they were all very happy with his treatment), his staff is always so kind and welcoming. It is now 3 years since it was my pleasure to meet Dr. Jones. After replacing 3 broken crowns,  one implant, and a three unit bridge I have found him to be charming and sensitive to any discomfort I might experience.
